It's a cozy vacation home that can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The house has a panoramic view over the infinite blue of the Aegean Sea. Our home is ideally located if you are seeking to relax and discover the island of Andros. It’s located in a peaceful spot in the area of Agios Petros that is only 6 minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches and the port of Gavrio. We are always glad to assist our guests so that they can explore the little gems of the island.

Situated just within walking distance (300m) from the lively Port of Gavrio, you'll find yourself so close to the port town full of restaurants, shops, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, and yet in a serene neighborhood with a sea view. A small beach is just 100m away and within a 5' drive, the most popular beaches of the island.

Διαθέτει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με υπέρδιπλο κρεββάτι (1,60μ*2,00μ), σοφίτα με ημίδιπλο στρώμα (1,30μ*1,95μ) στο οποίο μπορεί να κοιμηθεί ένας ενήλικας ή δυο παιδιά 10-15 ετών, 1 σκαμπό-κρεβάτι μονό (0,80μ*2,00μ), 1 μπάνιο, κουζίνα, καθιστικό, μεγάλη βεράντα με πέργκολα, έπιπλα κήπου και εξαιρετική θέα. Πλησίον της υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, φούρνοι, σούπερ μάρκετ και καφετέριες.

In a very central spot, a cosy and restful space, close to all the restaurants and shops of the Agora, in a quiet and narrow street. Arrive and forget all about your car, as you can find everything you need inside Chora. Restaurants, bars, cafes, museums, art galleries and beautiful beaches are just next to you.

Oktana Traditional House

Oktana Traditional House is a charming urban home located in Andros Town, the capital of Andros Island. For centuries, this area has been home to shipowners and seafaring families, reflecting the island's rich maritime history. The house sits within the ancient walls of the old town, on the main pedestrian street, right inside the historic Venetian castle district. Recently renovated, it combines all modern comforts while preserving the character and charm of Andros’ old town.

Κ vineyard house

A traditional old stone Cycladic house in Aprovatou overlooking the endless blue, which we recently restored without altering the features of its original construction that dates back many, perhaps several centuries. The house is located next to our paternal house in a farm of 10 acres with cistern, vineyard, olives, lemons, oranges and other crops. The unique Andrian architecture combined with the warm welcome, the high level of personal servicemakes the space very special.

Sea View Cozy Summer House

A quiet and lovely summer house, only 5-minute drive from Gavrio, the port of Andros and 10-minute drive from the picturesque Batsi. This cozy guest house is located near all the popular beaches of the wider area and the village of Saint Peter as well (car needed). Είναι μία νεόχτιστη μεζονέτα 60 τ.μ. όπου στο ισόγειο είναι κουζίνα, σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία και στον 1 όροφο είναι η κρεβατοκάμαρα και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ. Πέτρου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ απο την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια και πρατήριο άρτου.

It is located next to the beach of Neiporio of Chora, within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the city center. In the same building is Roula's suites 1 which can accommodate up to 5 people.
