Wir hatten eine ganz und gar wunderbare Zeit in Angies Wohnung und haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt!!! Angefangen von den sehr guten Anweisungen zur Ankunft, bis hin zur Ausstattung der Wohnung, des Pool- und Gemeinschaftsbereichs hin war alles einfach perfekt. Angie war eine so herzliche, nette und für uns immer erreichbare Gastgeberin, die sich große Mühe macht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Herauszuheben sind auch die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und die Nähe zum Strand (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß). Angie stellte uns während des Aufenthaltes sogar diverse Strandutensilien wie Schirme, Strandspielzeug für unsere Tochter, sowie Stühle und einen Bollerwagen zur Verfügung. Alles in allem hätten wir es nicht besser treffen können, danke Angie! Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen.

This home is splendid on every level! The Hosts were super responsive, very nice people, and the house is even better than in the photos! Both inside and out. From the furniture to the kitchen to the absolutely beautiful, and Very Large balconies…this special home is surrounded on 3 sides by Water!! So you get a Sunrise and Sunset view each day!! Pretty Magical! Nature is everywhere…so many different bird calls, and the Osprey Family Nest with Mama, Papa and Baby Osprey is in full view from inside of the house and on both the Upper Balcony off the Main Bedroom as well as the Lower Balcony off the kitchen and screened Patio. It provided hours of peaceful entertainment! All of this surrounded by manicured lawns, with golf course views. It’s the best of both worlds! I very much look forward to staying again!

Awesome house with beautiful yard to enjoy the local wildlife.

Great stay, location was nice for our plans over the weekend and close to the beach. Olivia and Lauren were responsive and helped out right away when we had questions!

The place was great! Perfect size for 3 or 4 people. The beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrella) were SOOO handy! It was just a short walk over to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook if desired. Since the hurricane, there was a limited amount of restaurants open. We didn’t mind this since we cooked but just a heads up!

I highly recommend staying at this home! The pool area was amazing, the pool was warm and so beautiful in the evening! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals which is so important to me! It felt like home away from home! Keith was immediately responsive with anything we needed! Keith was so accommodating in working with us due to flight times changing! Perfect trip!

We had an amazing time at Patty’s house. She was extremely flexible with our check-in time and was very responsive. We loved how spacious the house was for 5 people, and all the beach supplies that were available to us. We will definitely be back!

John’s place was cute and cozy and a great fit for our family of five. Little details like lots of extra throw blankets, plenty of beach towels and bathroom towels were a nice touch. The backyard was our favorite place to be-from mornings with coffee to afternoons in the pool to evenings with the ambience of hanging lights. Great spot and conviennent to shops and beach. Felt more like a home and less like a bare bones AirB&B. Would recommend this little gem!

place was clean, comfortable, somewhat crowded in bedroom with king size bed but it worked. pleanty of extras. Bikes , grill, beach bag with towels for our use. we struggled to find the place . Our gps took us to some non discript stretch of Summerlin drive. I think the sign in the front of the community showed a different name than what we were given, but we found the place. If you go to Bunche Beach wear bug spray, the no see ums chewed us up the first time. WE drove to Sannibel Island 2 days to enjoy light house beach. easier parking crown ds were not as big as on Ft Meyer Beach. This was our first time in a senior community. Our only complaint was that we missed our kids and 8 grandkids. We are not used to all the peace and quite.
