You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the views, the location, fully refurbished, large garden, decked area, log burner, fully equipped kitchen and the local people - welcoming and friendly. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids)(pets).

But and Ben Luxury Holiday Cottage

Maybe one of the most luxurious and cleanest cottages you'll ever stay in. The But & Ben was originally a stable for the horses who serviced Scott's Timber Mill. The only reminders of the stable is a tethering ring on the back wall & a horse shoe we found while refurbishing the patio. It had been converted to a domestic residence a number of years ago & has been extensively refurbished to provide a unique and luxurious base from where you can explore our wonderful village and surrounding areas.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in the harbour town of Kircudbright, also known as the artist town of Dumfries and Galloway. This recently renovated holiday home is a 2 bedroom townhouse , which would be suitable for 2-4 people . Each bedroom contains one double bed and a smart TV . The property compromises of a spiral staircase and underfloor heating throughout . There is an open plan living and kitchen area - a perfect place to chill out after exploring. No pets.

Beth's Bothy is a luxurious Snug with open plan living, kitchen area, en-suite & bedroom with king-size bed. Both rooms open onto a patio with private hot tub & outdoor seating. Enjoy the surroundings, the amazing sunsets & the starry night skies. Set amongst the beautiful Galloway Hills, it is an ideal destination for a weekend retreat or a base to explore the fantastic surroundings such as mountain biking, cycling, walking, beaches, shopping. Guests also have access to a wood fired sauna.

Carrick Shore, Coastal home private entry to beach

Spacious beach house with private enclosed garden, ample parking area with private access down to the beach. Well equipped for family life. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. TV and Wifi. Plenty of games and books etc for the young ones. Carrick Bay has plenty of opportunities to fish, swim, walk, cycle, sail, canoe, windsurf or paddle board. Or of course just chill with a cold drink and stargaze. Friday check in, 3 night minimum booking in winter months and minimum 7 days from April to November.

Galloway Cottage, Gatehouse of Fleet

A delightful two bedroom Grade 2 listed cottage built in 1786 for the Gatehouse Cotton Mill workers. The town offers the Mill on the Fleet, a visitor centre in the former bobbin mill, telling the tale of Gatehouse's cotton spinning days. The town has a Spar supermarket, chemist, post office, cafes and pubs. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, golfers, climbers, water sports, fishing & art lovers. Gatehouse of Fleet lies on the Solway Firth, in Dumfries and Galloway, a beautiful area to visit.

Blackloch House, Gatehouse of Fleet

Blackloch is a completely renovated detached farmhouse located on the National Cycle Route 7 a short stroll outside the historic and beautiful Gatehouse of Fleet which has selection of pubs and cafes. There are many beautiful walks on the doorstep. Guests love the spacious bright interior and the beautiful sunroom with views over the stunning countryside and the hills beyond. The Solway coast is easily accessible by car or bike and has wonderful secret beaches sandy coves to explore.

Netherthird was fully renovated in 2020 and has been lovingly furnished to ensure a truly comfortable and welcome family retreat. There is an amazing barbecue hut, with charcoal barbecue and ample seating, perfect for enjoying with friends and a glass or two of wine. Relax in the large hot tub taking in the clear dark skies at night.

Rusko Stables

Contemporary luxury holiday accommodation for 6 people, Rusko Stables has been lovingly restored and converted from the original stables and coach house for Rusko House. The first floor apartment has a large and welcoming open plan sitting room/dining area and fully fitted kitchen with wood floors and furnished to the highest of standards.
