Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Si trova a cinque minuti a piedi dagli impianti di risalita di Marguns, che portano al comprensorio sciistico di St. Moriz. Sia in estate che in inverno, è la base perfetta per passeggiate e attività sportive (sci di fondo, pattinaggio, bici, tennis, golf, pesca) nella regione.

It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

Unser Paradies lädt zum erholen ein. Das Gästezimmer und Badezimmer wie auch die Stube (wo sich ein kleiner Kühlschrank, eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher hat),befinden sich im Dachgeschoss mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den Walensee und die Churfirsten. WEITERE WICHTIGE HINWEISE Unsere Katze wohnt auch im Dachgeschoss die das Badezimmer und die Stube mitbenützt. Es hat ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus und einen Sitzplatz mit Feuerstelle. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.
