Margaret is our fantastic shepherd’s hut

Our cute and cosy shepherd's hut gives you the best of both worlds. Hidden in a green oasis next to a waterfall and near the beach, the hut is just a short walk from Laxey's pubs, restaurants and shops. Our hut has a full size double bed with a proper premium mattress, a bathroom with all the facilities and a fully equipped living area that gives cooking, eating and sitting space. Our hut is a tiny house, not a big tent- all that you need is cleverly fitted into a stylish, cosy hideaway for two.

In Ballaugh Village just 50m off the famous Ballaugh Bridge on the TT circuit, with fabulous views of the hills above Sulby Glen. A beautiful spot for relaxing, walking, cycling or watching the motorsports. A local shop just 50m away and a great pub at the end of the lane . A lovely quiet sandy/pebbly beach is 2 miles away and great walks in the hills just up the lane to the glen. IOM tourism registered- 4 star.

With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. Spacious private Annex to family home in quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Douglas. Host lives at the linked family home so some noise will travel through locked access. A half hour walk/10-minute drive to central Douglas and 5 minute drive to Nobles Hospital. Beautiful hill views and private off-road parking. Comfortable property with access to private established garden, with seating and fire pit. Use of gym is at own risk, owner accepts no liability.

A newly built summer house with its own bathroom in the grounds of the main house- you can go to the village for breakfast or shop for snacks in the convenience stores or takeaway food is available All village amenities are a two minute walk away, including a church, pubs, cafes, the Manx Electric Railway, and of course, the Lady Isabella - the worlds largest working water wheel! We are 15 mins walk from the beach!
