Unwind in the private guest suite in our historic 1830’s farmhouse. With its own private entrance, and completely separate from the host’s living space, the 2 bedroom suite offers old-world charm, and total privacy. Centrally located, many of our guests take day trips to explore Portland, Midcoast, and Downeast Maine. Enjoy the cozy king size bed with en suite bathroom, and use the second bedroom as a retreat for writing, creating, or exercise. Or step outside and walk the beautiful grounds.

Overlooking Kennebec River, Riverside is a perfect setting. Open 365 days per year; 2BR, 1 BA, kitchen, DR/common area. Situates 4 comfortably, 6 with the use of couches, 8 with added use of floor mattresses. Renovated, open concept, our home is wheelchair accessible. We accept Service dogs and will consider family dogs and other pets on a case-by-case; please ask. Owners reside on property in separate building. Outdoor trail cameras and AOSU cams in use to monitor exterior of residence only.

The Cottage at 60 Red Top Drive is a cozy, family friendly place to enjoy quality Maine lake-time. You will have direct access to Anabessacook Lake including a sandy beach area. There is also ample yard space for relaxing and playing games. Indoors, the cottage has plenty of room for the family to be comfortable and a full kitchen. The cottage is a private space on its own, or can be rented in combination with The Main House for an extended family getaway! Ice fishing is right outside!
