Built in the late 1800's, the Little House is the oldest house in the Yoder community. It's full of old-world charm and modern conveniences. If these walls could talk, they'd tell lots of stories! Enjoy a unique experience at this centrally-located train boxcar turned stylish airbnb. Just steps away from Intrust Bank Arena, and a couple blocks from downtown Wichita, you'll be in close proximity to all the features of downtown living. The boxcar is directly behind an event venue, which sometimes doubles as an upscale bar during high capacity arena events. Please do not book this space if noise from a possible event in the venue may bother you. Events may go as late as midnight.

Amenities at the property include a fenced in back yard, a fitness room, a washer and dryer, and a kitchen with pots, pans, and other essentials! Local bookings must be approved in advance by the host.

Cute Studio House

This is a one bedroom studio house. This is a place all to yourself. It has a queen size bed. It is really nice inside the house. The one downside is it is close to the railroad track. It has a oven, fridge, microwave, washer, dryer and keurig coffee maker. We have recently added WIFI for our quest. One thing several guest have mentioned is how much they enjoy the walking trail close by.
