5 min from the city and 15 min from center we have just finished our house at a wonderful quiet location. The surroundings during summertime are birds forrest and berries. Lake very close by. During wintermonths we have the privilege of a private show of the world famous northern lights. Some bus drivers know about this spot and sometimes they bring their passengers to our neighbourhood to enjoy the show. In the master bedroom we have a big window in the roof to be able to watch and stay warm.

Our house is bright and spacious family house in the quiet area of Garðabær, Álftanes. It´s situated in a quiet suburban area in Reykjavik greater area, were the president of Iceland lives. Now we even have an active volcano only 30 minutes drive away. The house is with spacious garden with a patio, with hot tub and outside shower. 4 minutes walk to the "beach" where you can see all kinds of birds and sometimes seals. Swimming pool and 9 hole golf course is just aprox. 8 minutes walking distance
