The house was beautiful, and the yard was perfect for our furry friend. Melissa communicated really well and when there was an issue with supplies, she quickly responded and took care of the missing item. So I would highly recommend that people stay at Melissa's place.

This is the second year I rented this place for my birthday weekend away with friends. The house has so many accommodations for sleeping and different sitting areas. However, the main event is the kitchen. My friends and I love to cook and that's why we came back a second year in a row. The kitchen is unbelievably well-stocked with anything you might need to cook. There are multiple sinks so someone can be cooking while someone else cleans. The layout is perfect for people to hang out with whoever is cooking. There are two ovens. It is a dream. The house feels comfortable and lived-in, and it feels like there has been a lot of thought and intention focused on the user-experience. Cannot say enough nice stuff about this house, cannot recommend enough. Will be coming back for my 29 birthday.

Charming house with enough room for our family of six with room to spare. Fenced yard for the dogs. Hot tub was great. Walked to lake to see beautiful sunsets. We decided to drive but town can be walked to also. John was very accommodating when we had to switch our house from another area the DAY BEFORE to John's house. We would come back.

We were in town for our grandson's graduation from Grand Valley State. Everything was close by, and we didn't have any problems getting around. It was a lovely, renovated older home, and everything was top of the line. Beds were very comfortable, and linens were wonderful. We will definitely recommend John's place to family and friends that will be visiting the Grand Rapids area.

This home was great, it is exactly as the pictures and description. House is beautifully decorated and fully stocked, up to even a charcuterie board! The hot tub was absolutely amazing to unwind in the evening, we loved that the outdoor lights came on, on a timer, and we enjoyed the large fire pit for our smores dessert. The beds are great, bathrooms even stocked with amenities you would need. 100% recommend this home! We were a group of 7 ladies doing a wine weekend, and everyone suggested coming back next year and spending more time just enjoying the home. Thanks Tony and team!

Cannot say enough how much we loved this home. Most AirBnBs stock their house with the cheapest stuff you could find. It's all surface level and fake. This house felt like coming home, and we just slipped comfortably into staying there. It was AMAZING for our kids. Lots of toys, a bunk bed, sound machine, crib, playground, so much. And a park a quick walk away through a quiet neighborhood. Probably the most we've enjoyed an AirBnB. Just cannot say enough good about it. Had everything we needed to cook meals. Just so good.

Fabulous girls getaway weekend! This place was AMAZING. Spacious layout and beautifully decorated. Walkable to downtown South Haven. The 3.5 bathrooms was a nice perk for 9 women. We loved the kitchen island for socializing and stocked cupboards, as well as the long dining table for board games. The TV was great in the living room for movie night. A huge bonus was the hot tub - we went in it every night. Long driveways fit all of our cars. Tom was quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend if you are on the fence to just go ahead and book this place, you will have the best time!

The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable. it was nice to be able to walk to restaurants and shops.

Upon arrival, there was some kind of misunderstanding with the cleaning people and it looked like our unit was not cleaned prior to arriving. We arrived pretty late but Michael responded very fast to my message and was able to get this taken care of right away for us. He was very accommodating and helpful. He sent multiple messages prior to the arrival date with helpful instructions on entering the unit and parking. The space itself was great and perfect for two people. Walking distance from the little downtown area and the river. We enjoyed our time in South Haven and would stay here again if we ever visited again!

Everything was great, nice appliances and kitchen equipment. Bed was super comfortable. Very nicely furnished. Really wonderful property and location. Ronda and Brian were very responsive and friendly. We would definitely select it again.

The accommodation is nice. It is clean, and the space is cosy and well kept. Catch the sunset from the sitting rooms, they are beautiful.

Great place to stay on Saugatuck. Location is excellent right downtown. Beds were extremely comfortable!

Kaydee was an amazing host! The apartment was decorated very nicely, with everything you could need in the kitchen to cook. Everything was easily accessible. It was in a nice location, very quiet. Kaydee was an excellent communicator and has put a lot of time and effort into this space. It was exactly what my husband and I were looking for for a weekend getaway. Thank you Kaydee!

Loved our stay! It was a great space available a little outside of downtown Benton Harbor. I felt very safe and everything went well!

My boys are in their 20’s and still thought the climbing wall and slide (for smaller kids) was great. Plenty of space for us all. Good place to gather as well. Close to a nice walk/run by the water

Nice condo in heart of Douglas. Would be great place during the "on season". I was there due to a power failure and its the off season so there's not many people around. Very clean place, newer appliances and great internet. Would rent again.

This place was incredible. Every single detail was incredible! The artwork and entire vibe of the condo fit us perfectly! Cannot wait to book again for our next trip to GR!

Loved this clean & cozy Airbnb & its location! The outside patio was lovely too. We walked to dinner and then again to get coffee in the morning. The condo was perfect for our girls’ weekend to see the Tulip Festival in Holland. If/when we return to Grand Haven, we would love to stay here again!

We loved our stay at Brenden's place! The apartment was super tidy and as expected. What surprised me was how amazing the location was! We were right downtown and were in walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, and water! Brenden was super responsive and easy to communicate with, and friendly! Highly recommend!
