We were a group of 12 people and this property was perfect and comfortable to accommodate all of us. The sea view is beautiful and very peaceful. We enjoyed our 2 days stay there. I highly recommend this place. The host is very proactive and friendly. He suggested many good places around to explore and he was prompt in fulfilling our requests. Great place, great view and great host. :)

Eine Woche verbrachten wir an diesem wunderbaren, friedlichen Ort. Genossen das Meer, die Ruhe, die Hängematte unter Palmen, das köstliche Essen. Es ist ein idealer Ort, um Energie zu tanken, in Verbindung zu kommen, einfach zu sein. Manesh und sein Team geben ihr Bestes und stecken viel Herzblut in ihre Arbeit. We were 5 friends who booked this property last minute. It's definitely worth it for the view and location! The space is huge and can easily accommodate 7-8 people. From the lawn to the kitchen, house has been maintained very well and far exceeds your expectations. Host was helpful for giving food recommendations and contacts and reachable all the time. One suggestion would be to have a Cook at the property to make fresh food because once you step in you wouldn't wanna leave the property, but it's still manageable. :) Without any second thoughts will definitely come back.

Place had a great location . Nearby had clean beaches. Has a shop beside house , if want to cook anything. The caretaker was very cooperative.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful flat in Ratnagiri. The apartment is spotless, well-maintained and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was the stunning view of Bhayte Beach right from the flat, it truly set the tone for our trip. We explored several nearby beaches but it was always a joy to return to such a peaceful and well-designed space. Everyone in our family loved the stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ratnagiri.
