Villa Lyckebo

Villa Lyckebo ligger med utsikt över havet, helt omgiven av sädesfält. Vi finns utanför Kämpinge (Höllviken) och endast 20 minuter från Malmö. Vi erbjuder närheten till Skanör med Falsterbo samt hela Söderslätt. Vi erbjuder 2 st fint renoverade dubbelrum i nedervåningen av villan. Förutom de 2 mycket smakfullt inredda rummen finns en "lounge", ett "sparum" och toalett. Egen ingång och helt separat från det övriga huset. Källarvåningen är renoverad och är uppvärmd. Däremot saknas dagsljus.

Lägenheten är nyrenoverad och interiört är det mesta nytt - förutom en del antika detaljer. Vi har lagt fokus på svensk- och dansk design, där centerpiece är de drömlika sängarna. Du finner ett pentry med mikrovågsugn, kylskåp med frysfack, exklusiv kaffemaskin, vattenkokare och servis för två personer. Badrummet är nytt!

We welcome you to live on this soon to be 200 year old farm. Renovated in 2018. This 2 bedroom apartment offers a cosy getaway with a perfect view of the typical southern landscape. The apartment is located in a separate building next to the farmhouse and you park just outside the door. The apartment is fully equipped, about 65 square meters with a big associated terrace. Enjoy the countryside, and just 15-20 minutes away many beautiful beaches like Skanör-Falsterbo, Ljunghusen, Kämpinge.

Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, Nespresso, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.

This fantastic, newly renovated accommodation is just a stone's throw from the center, harbor, train station, beach, forest and beautiful nature areas. The courtyard is shared with other guests, there is associated garden furniture and a barbecue. Bed linen and towels as well as 2 bicycles are provided and included in the booking. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation just 10 minutes from Lund and 20 minutes from Malmö. Here you live safely with proximity to pleasant walking paths and nature. The house has been recently renovated and is therefore in good condition with all amenities such as washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. A completely private farm house with large private areas on the side and back of the house.

Givetvis är även stugan smyckad med konst från ateljén.
