Chandana 1941: Tranquility&Charm

Old-fashioned elegance, tranquility and comfort In 1941, our grandfather built a rambling bungalow as his family home. Charmingly named ‘Chandana’ (meaning ‘moonlight’), this is where our father and his cousins spent their holidays. Chandana is now in our care to maintain and preserve. Our heritage home is now refurbished with minimal structural changes to maintain Chandana's original spirit and style. So it remains a serene yet lively and welcoming family home, we would like others to enjoy!

New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Built in 1956 as it says on the entrance flagstone, Dragon-Fly house is very spacious and peaceful. It is the ideal place for celebrating an event, or practicing Yoga. With a large verandah and open spaces in most rooms, there are places for private meditation and group therapy. Large kitchen for cooking There is one other room with a king sized bed and outdoor shower. It is set apart from the main house, and I normally use it, but if you need it, please let me know and we can discuss

This property is our ancestral home constructed before the World War 2 . Situated in a large coconut plantation 4 bedroom home, surrounded by green natural landscape . Eco friendly atmosphere and the house is powered by Solar PV and Solar hot water is provided all showers in toilets. A shared infinity fresh water pool only for the use of the 2 properties within same the compound. Driver’s bed space can be arranged at a nearby location on prior request and charged separately.

The atmosphere of Serenity House is as the name implies: calm and peaceful. A 4-bedroom villa, where guests can enjoy the spacious house, garden and pool privately. With paddy field views, you will have nature right on your doorstep. Although the neighbourhood of Serenity House is quiet, there are lots of activities in the surrounding area. The Villa is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest swimming beach and Unawatuna beach, Galle is about 15 minutes away by Tuk Tuk.
