Άνετο διαμέρισμα με θέα στο Γάιο, τo μεγαλύτερο χωριό στους Παξούς. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή, 200 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία, με εστιατόρια, μπαρ, καφέ και καταστήματα σε κοντινή απόσταση. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση περίπου 400 μέτρων, ενώ πολλές άλλες παραλίες βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια. Το διαμέρισμα είναι εξοπλισμένο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, τουαλέτα με μπανιέρα, κλιματισμό, wi-fi, μεγάλο σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.

Το studio είναι στο κέντρο του Γάιου ,στον παραλιακό δρόμο,μέσα σ ένα καταπράσινο στενό που βλέπει στη θάλασσα. Όλα βρίσκονται δίπλα σας.Νυκτερινή ζωή ,αγορά,παραλίες, parking και δραστηριότητες για οικογένειες. Παροχές: καθαρό και προσεγμένο περιβάλλον, πακέτο καλωσορίσματος , αναπαυτικά στρώματα, κουζίνα,πλυντήριο ρούχων, πιστολάκι μαλλιών,σίδερο ,aircondition ,φαρμακείο. Αφήστε πίσω κάθε έγνοια με αυτόν τον ευρύχωρο και γαλήνιο χώρο. Η βιλλα Alba ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα. Συνδιάζει το παραδοσιακό χτισιμο με πετρα με μικρες σύγχρονες πινελιές.Βρισκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού στο χωριό Πλάτανος. Πολλες όμορφες παραλίες όπως το Κηπιάδη, ο Κήπος, Κακη Λαγκάδα , το Αλάτι βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι. Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο έναν ενιαίο χώρο με κουζινα , καθιστικό με καναπε-κρεβατι και μπανιο. Στον όροφο υπάρχει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο.

Το N e r a d u House είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό ισόγειο πέτρινο στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Φαναριωτατικα. Eίναι το τρίτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του N e ra d u house και περιβάλλεται από έναν υπεραιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.
