Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή, 200 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία, με εστιατόρια, μπαρ, καφέ και καταστήματα σε κοντινή απόσταση. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση περίπου 400 μέτρων, ενώ πολλές άλλες παραλίες βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια. Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika.
