The BNB was super cute and cozy; exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive and helpful with any issue. Great location only about 15-20 minutes to everything. The stay was great and I would definitely book again!

This was perfect for a weekend trip to the Atlanta area! Lots of yummy food and fun shopping near by!

The place was nice and cozy. The host was responsive and clear with instructions for the place. The place is bit on the darker side at night but, the lights around the home make it very comfortable to relax in. Has a lot of places to walk to around the area! The only draw back is the walls are a bit thin and you can hear neighbors moving around and such but, other than that it's super cozy.

Great place to stay! Ron was responsive to any questions, always helpful, and supplied us with a beautiful, peaceful home for our trip!

We had a great stay at Aveline’s place—spacious, spotless, and located in a quiet, new development just a short walk from Publix, restaurants, and shops. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with plenty of private space for four adults. Aveline was a thoughtful and responsive host who checked in to make sure everything met our expectations. The area felt safe and peaceful, and I’d absolutely stay again if I’m ever back in town.

Mennas is perfect if you need a place close to the Sheppard center or piedmont hospital!! It is clean and the best part is it is not her home , so you aren’t dealing with other peoples personal items in apartment!! Menna also gets back to you with any questions right away ! I will stay there again next time I am in Atlanta

This unit was very clean, with the photos and description matching what we encountered while using the it. It is in a fantastic location as it's on the edge of downtown, across from campus and walkable to local attractions (i.e., UGA sporting events, fraternity houses for parents' weekend, etc.). The reserved parking is a huge benefit as parking is difficult downtown and close to UGA campus. Overall, it was a great experience and we hope to return soon.

The brief summer stay was just what I expected. Perfect location and the complex offered every amenity imaginable. Will always look for her units for future travel to Atlanta.

We’ve stayed in several AirBnBs in Athens the past four years. This one is the best location and nicest of all of them! The location makes everything downtown walkable and even walked to Sanford. Her description, instructions, and customer service were excellent! It was perfect for two sets of parents during our UGA student’s parents weekend.

Hannah’s place was exactly as described! It was an easy drive downtown to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for my friends and me. Hannah was also always responsive and friendly!

Amazing hosts & perfect condo. Very comfortable, had everything I needed and more. Bed was extremely comfortable. Workspace provided. I met Trish & Bobby and they are amazing, I would rent from them again anyday. I felt very safe, in a very safe part of Atlanta in Brookhaven, grocery store, wine, mall, yoga, etc are all winin 1-5 minutes driving distance away. You could walk to the grocery store easily and Starbucks in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

If ur looking for a quite and relaxing weekend this is the place for u from sun up to sun down. The only thing that its missing is a fire pit but the dock in the back will make up for that. Especially if u like to fish or read a book. I plan on rerent this place again.

What a wonderful stay we had 4 Levels!! The house is located on a quiet street not far from Atlanta’s attractions! Plenty to do within the area! The house has comfortable beds and plenty of space. We enjoyed starting the day in the home gym before going out into the town. Plenty of hot water for the showers! If you have a small dog just be aware that there are some large gaps in the outdoor fence but we were able to make it work!! Would definitely stay here again and my kids are already asking me to book it for our next vacation!! Thanks for everything!!

The location of the house was great for us and Mike was always responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend Mike’s place and would definitely stay there again. You won’t go wrong.

To Whom It May Concern, From the beginning, Alhassan was responsive and attentive. The property itself was very nice, with thoughtful amenities. However, I felt that the upcharge for a one-night rental was not communicated transparently enough in the listing, as I previously expressed to both Alhassan and Airbnb representatives. Regarding future stays, I would only consider booking this property for more than one night under a different platform. Due to Airbnb's lack of customer service and, most importantly, the organization's stance on DEI initiatives, my family, friends, and I will no longer be patronizing Airbnb properties moving forward. We had a great experience. We met with two of the Porters Brothers and they were easy to work with. They accommodated each of us with early check in and late check out.
