L'alloggio è situato nella piazza salotto di Orta San Giulio, quindi vicino a arte e cultura, splendide viste panoramiche e ristoranti. Situato sul lato a lago, di un edificio del 1850, quindi centralissimo, ma tranquillo. Grazie all'ampia finestra ad arco la vista è la migliore che si possa chiedere ad Orta! E' adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie e amici pelosi . Garage privato a 200 metri.

The studio is located in the center - 3 minutes walking distance from the train station and, from the Gornergrat station. It is spacious and bright with a nice relaxing view. It is fully equipped and perfect for 2 people. The little balcony has two comfy armchairs. There is the possibility for a third guest on the bed-sofa. It is located on the 5th floor with elevator.

A soli 2 km si raggiungono gli impianti sciistici. Il monolocale è dotato di una piccola cucina, un letto matrimoniale, un letto matrimoniale soppalcato, bagno e un balcone.
