Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 renovated baths, a fully equipped kitchen and large deck, you'll be so relax you won't want to go anywhere...unless it's to the beach! Launching your kayak, SUP or just a nice dip is only 5 mins walk. If you don't mind a drive there are also many provincial parks nearby for hiking.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood with forest view through every window. It is a 3 min. drive to our village centre, ferry, trails, coffee shops, pub and restaurants. No longer serving breakfast. This 1350 sqft fully-furnished one-level home with wrap-around deck was built in 2017. The home is surrounded by 8 acres of quiet forest, and only steps away from a multitude of recreational trails. The Bunkie is ideally situated as a 'homebase' from which to explore all that beautiful Nanaimo, and Central Vancouver Island has to offer!

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.
