The host and house manager were excellent upon my arrival. I was greeted at the gate and given a tour of the property. I arrived after a long travel day and morning appointment and though exhausted, I was treated with a lovely fruit bowl (Mangoes are my favorite). Though the neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe, it is walking distance (10-15 minutes) to the local beach clubs. There are also small shops to buy small snacks, toiletries, select seasonings and the like. I loved Accra and this property was a nice oasis from the busy outside. The AC was a great relief from the hot temperatures and the size of the space was enough for 1 and cozy for 2 people. Prior to me arriving, the host was very responsive to my questions and proactively shared local recommendations of restaurants and popular attractions. The only drawback would be me not utilizing the patio space for morning meals. This is an affordable gem for those travelling in the are and would like a small, private space.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, wurde mit Charme eingerichtet und bietet grosszügig Platz. Linda war immer erreichbar und es hat alles einwandfrei geklappt. Ich konnte auch früher ein- und später auschecken, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Gerne wieder.

The apartment was spacious beautifully decorated. Bedrooms were clean, neat. We enjoyed our stay and have booked to stay on 2 future occasions.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful, peaceful, and beautiful Airbnb for the second time. The space offers a fantastic sense of privacy, making it the perfect getaway. Grayson Court is a wonderful home base for visiting Accra. The home is large, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. Mr Perkins, the caretaker on the property, is super friendly and extremely attentive! I stayed here for a work trip, and the team enjoyed it so much we came back the next year for a second stay. It is a great, private, safe home base, within walking distance of Oxford Street. The rooms are large and comfortable, with AC in each room. Mr. Perkins always makes sure the electricity and internet are topped up and that you're comfortable, and if we ever needed recommendations, he was quick to help out. He would even run errands for us if we needed him to! Clare is a wonderful host. Even with the time zone change she is extremely attentive and quick to respond. On my second trip our travel dates changed after booking the reservation, but she was very accommodating with the change. Grayson Court will be my home away from home every time!

Eric's place is as described and close enough to the various sights of Accra to make getting around efficient. Also, and this can't be overstated, Eric's communication is top-notch, and his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need, will make your stay so much more enjoyable. During a part of my stay, I was down and out with a stomach bug and Eric drove me to the doctor's and made sure I was taken care of. I am truly appreciative.

This is the second time we've been to William's house. It was just like the first time - fantastic. We will come back!

I had a great stay here! The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The manager was amazing, really quick to reply anytime I had a question, which made everything so easy. You can tell they really care about making sure guests have a good experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Our host (John) and his staff made our stay in Accura a memorable. His welcome letter was extremely helpful in preparing us for our trip. Justice met us at the airport and transported us safely to the house. He was very polite, informative about the area and available to transport us as needed. Although the house is a little distance from the airport, the drive is worth the wait. We were graciously greated by Lorna. She went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and pleasing. She added a special touch to the continental breakfast by preparing fresh juice every morning. The home was extremely clean and spacious. The view of the ocean and the beach was amazing. If you are looking for relaxation and tranquility, this is place to be. From the booking process to our ultimate stay, Nana was so accommodating, generous and kind to me and my guests. The home caretaker, Mr. Adjei was so responsive and helpful. The home itself is BEAUTIFUL and in a new and growing development in Tse Addo (right next to Airport Hills and Burma Camp), that is safe/secure. The house is 10-15 minutes from central Accra, so if you’re here to have access to neighborhoods like Osu, Labone or Cantonments (where a lot of nightlife and restaurants are located) or to the beach (Labadi, for example), it is all closeby. Nana was also helpful in securing a car and driver for the duration of our stay. Don’t look any further! Just book!

Andrew was an excellent host always attentive and easy to reach at all times, he also providing me and my other guests accommodation from the airport, and also providing restaurants and activities to do during my stay. The house was spacious and I alway felt safe at all times. I would highly stay here again the host and the house were amazing.

The apartment was very nice, spacious, modern and well located. Joseph and Isaac ensured all our requests were met. Thank you. They also had a back-up power generator that ensured constant power supply during the power outages that are now becoming frequent in Accra. All in all, I will recommend this apartment and will return when next in Accra.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The apartment was spacious, had the best views and was very comfortable. I felt safe and truly felt at home during my stay. The amenities were great - especially the pool. The building is located at a prime location. The building staff and security was courteous and professional (especially Charles and David). The apartment was clean and Yaw was very responsive and had exemplary customer service skills. He was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure I fully enjoyed my stay. I definitely plan on staying here again. 10/10!

William is an outstanding host who is incredibly kind and responsive. The place was wonderful. Do be aware that it’s in Nima, a neighborhood of Accra that is unfortunately not as developed as others. This takes nothing away from William’s place, that is absolutely marvelous.

Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes Appartement in einer schönen Lage. Die Gastgeberin war stets gut erreichbar und reagierte sofort. Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich sehr sicher. Das Highlight ist der Pool auf dem Dach, wovon man die ganze Stadt beobachten kann. Leider machte der Wasserboiler sehr laute unangenehme Geräusche, weshalb wir ihn immer abschalten mussten, um Ruhe zu haben. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen einwöchigen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb and it exceeded my expectations. The place was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The residence is situated in a very safe area, which added to my peace of mind throughout my stay. Additionally, its location is incredibly convenient, being close to everything I needed. We enjoyed our stay at Ara’s place. Oliver, her co-host, was kind, accommodating, thorough, and helpful. The unit is spacious and accommodated our family well. The pools were amazing! We used them every day and on many cases had the entire pool to ourselves. The air conditioning was efficient and helped greatly as our bodies adjusted to the heat. I also appreciated the generators that kicked on when we had a temporary power outage from a storm. We felt very safe in the complex as entry is controlled to registered guests and there is dedicated underground parking. We found the value for the unit to be very good. There were only a few items of feedback related to maintenance and light cleaning which I provided to Oliver but did not impact our stay. Oliver was very receptive to and thankful for the feedback. We would absolutely stay at Ara’s place again for the convenience, the space, and amenities of the unit and building (e.g. check-in / out, on-site pools, security, cafe, etc.

I had a wonderful stay at Fii’s apartment. The place was exceptionally clean and peaceful. I also appreciated the breakfast beverages provided. Overall, it was a great experience.
