And it takes 4mins drive to the shoping center with wws and more shop. Large parking area in side yard , it is easy to drive in and out. 200meters to bus stop to Geelong city or 5 mins drive your car. it is very good place for making holiday in geelong for whole family Please inquiry first if booking during Christmas, Easter holiday and new year holiday.

In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

Perfect as a base for a few nights while in town for work or to simply enjoy exploring the area. The view from the pod is a lovely established garden. Access is external via the driveway & garden

Easy ring road access to the Surf Coast or Melbourne and a short drive to the many attractions on offer around Geelong. Sorry not suitable for children or pets.
