Guests have complete privacy inside the cottage with a full kitchen, two TV's, Wi-Fi, and a mini split system for heating and cooling. As well as exclusive access to the hot tub, fire pit and pond outside! We also have various shared hiking trails through the woods surrounding the cottage for campers and cottage guests to enjoy!

Frederick, Rocky Gap Casino, Hagerstown and Cumberland. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of country living in the newly renovated Tall Spruce Farmstead.

Come to the country where you can watch the wildlife and see amazing sunsets. Plenty of attractions biking, hiking and kayaking. The home has been completely remodeled . Enjoy the spacious open concept family room that meets the kitchen, or the large living room for quiet comfort. Four bedrooms, and a full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs. Perhaps just sit on one of the front porch rockers or by the fire pit in the evening. We do not allow pets at this property.

Cottage can be used as a venue, pricing is then negotiable. No smoking!

Cottage in the Woods

This beautiful house was built with tranquility in mind. The wall of windows facing the woods, balconies opening from each bedroom, screened in side porch—all make it easy to take in the quiet natural setting in every season. PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons, we strongly suggest adults only or children 14 and older. The steps are hardwood. The back of the house rests next to a ravine.

Valley Vue is a peaceful mountain retreat with three bedrooms, three baths, and several outdoor living spaces in the beautiful Meadow Grounds Lake community of McConnellsburg, PA. All the thoughtful details will make you feel like you have found your home away from home. Bring your kayak and your fishing rod and have some fun at the Lake located only .5 miles from our house.
