Cheryl is an amazing host. Always super quick to respond. The rental is outstanding. It’s situated on a large lot behind the main house and amongst a couple other rentals within the property but are all detached. I appreciated having my own parking space on the property although there is plenty of street parking. The unit is like a small one bedroom apartment without shared walls. It has a full kitchen and also appreciated the full washer and dryer in the unit. The space is all newly built so it’s very clean and new. I enjoyed all the windows which brought in a lot of natural light. Made the space feel even bigger. Although I didn’t enjoy the outdoor space, it seemed very serene and peaceful to use. The area is very quiet and walkable. It’s a short drive to great restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this place.

My stay at Roses Airbnb was absolutely wonderful for my little weekend getaway. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, had a lot of natural lighting and the home had all the small touches and details that make it truly feel like a home. The location was ideal close to a lot of really good places yet I was still able to get some nice and peaceful rest for the weekend. Communication with rose was seamless. She was very kind whenever trying to get into contact with her. I can’t recommend this place enough. It exceed my expectations, would definitely book this place again!

The Airbnb was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, we could easily walk to Old Town Monrovia, which is a charming and fun area to explore. We had no complaints at all. There was plenty of street parking, the beds were comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with thoughtful extras. There was lots of coffee and everything we needed for cooking, which made it feel even more like home.

This gem in Belmont Shores was great for a quick getaway. Walkable to the beach and second street which has some of the best restaurants in LB! The backyard space was so lovely and home was extremely clean. We used the backyard space everyday and probably spent more time outside than inside. The kitchen was fully stocked and having a washer dryer was great. All you need to purchase is food at this place.

Craig was very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as pictured and for being in a very LA type location it was still relatively quiet throughout the day and night. We were a group of girls traveling and we really appreciated the makeup towels provided in the bathroom. Lots of cleaning supplies and was exactly as pictured.

Very clean and welcoming place. Had everything we needed and host was very communicative and helpful. they accommodated us very well. 100% would recommend this house to anyone visiting Long Beach.

I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The place itself was super comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed to feel at home. What really stood out, though, was the service. Robert was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.
