My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families and friends. I have 3 double rooms that share a bathroom so can take up to 6. I also have a 4th bedroom with private shower room, (15% surcharge) so do let me know bedroom numbers, then I can send you the correct cost manually. If you are a single person, I will send you a cheaper offer as the visible price is set for 2 sharing a room. I do have a portable bed if 2 people don't want to share a bed, so let me know.

This calm and stylish space is situated on the 1st floor at the back of the property away from the host's quarters. Private bathroom & use of full kitchen by arrangement. 10% discount for non use of kitchen. 2nd guest option for £10 per night. The townhouse is next to Bishops Park in south west Fulham with its beautiful grounds, palace, cafe, and river walks. It's on a quiet side street with numerous nearby shops and cafes and good transport links for the underground and numerous bus options.

A bright and spacious bedroom located across the top floor of this Victorian maisonette. The comfortable kingsize bed is fitted with a sumptuous wool topper and luxury bedding. The bed always receives rave reviews. There’s a sofa and plants to add that homely feel. The ensuite bathroom is supplied with high-end toiletries and Sheridan towels. There is a large walnut desk, ergonomic chair, DAB radio/Bluetooth speaker, iron, hairdryer and wardrobe with wooden hangers and set of drawers.

Welcome to our Chinese Room, a peaceful retreat, a king-size bed and private en suite shower. The room faces south, overlooking the garden and includes a TV. We are just 5 minutes from the station (15 minutes to Waterloo) and buses to the Wimbledon tennis grounds, with a 7-minute walk to Wimbledon Village. Our home is 30 minutes to Piccadilly Circus central London, 20 minutes to Heathrow Airport, 10 minutes from a variety of delicious restaurants and pubs and 10 minutes to the Grand Union Canal. We lay out a self-service organic light continental breakfast with teas and Colombian coffee overlooking our lovely garden. Your private bedroom area is on the first floor level with a large newly decorated double bedroom, with a private bathroom with toilet. We have 2 soppy Labrador dogs!

I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.
