The room is equipped with a separate bathroom, toilet, washing machine, and kitchen utensils. Please consider this room for your stay in Fukuoka. The comfortable number of guests for accommodation is 2 adults. For stays with more than that number, we recommend it for those who prioritize cost performance. Room Facilities: TV, Washing machine, Laundry Detergent, Kitchen utensils (frying pan, pot, chopsticks, fork, spoon, plate, cup), Gas stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, Kettle, Air Conditioner, room Wifi, Hair Dryer, Washlet toilet, Bathroom dryer, 1 baby low chair. Amenity: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap, Toilet Paper, Toothbrush, Face Towel 4, Bath Towel 4, Bath Mat, Slippers. You can use all the room. The room is yours and you don't have to share it with others. This is a residential apartment. Please refrain from shouting or making loud noises in the hallways or on the balcony. When going out, please turn off the lights and air conditioning in the room. Bringing unauthorized guests, pets, or animals is prohibited. Drugs and parties are not allowed. There is no towel exchange service. Please use the provided washing machine. Daily cleaning service is not available. We have installed surveillance cameras facing the entrance inside the room. There is no audio recording, and the camera only captures the entrance door, so your privacy will not be compromised. Please do not unplug the power or change the camera's position. If you do so, it may be noted during government inspections. If the power is unplugged or the camera's position is changed, staff will enter the room to restore it. If you do not check out by 10 AM without prior notice, an extension fee of 1500 yen per hour will be charged. If you are worried about losing the key, please return it to the mailbox. This prevents loss. In case of losing the room key, a fee of 5000 yen will be charged. Additionally, if the electronic chip key attached to the key is lost, a fee of 15,000 yen will be charged. If we are unable to clean the room due to the guest's circumstances, we will charge the lower amount between the room extension fee of 1500 yen per hour + cleaning cancellation fee of 4000 yen total or the price for one night's stay on the check-out date. One set of futon bedding is provided per bed. There are no extra futons beyond the number of beds. Please do not dispose of garbage in the apartment's garbage collection area. When you have a large amount of garbage, please gather it and place it in a corner of the balcony. Late check-out is not possible. We need to clean and prepare the room for the next guest. Also, we cannot store luggage after check-out. This is a vacation rental, not a hotel. We provide rooms in a residential apartment. Due to security reasons, we cannot provide check-in instructions to guests with whom we cannot contact.

ゆっくりお過ごしいただきたいので、チェックアウトを14時までに設定させていただいております。 川と川が合流する石垣の上にあり、木々に囲まれた敷地にある古民家の中をリノベーションした、素泊まり一軒宿となっております。 見える範囲に建物はなく、川の音、鳥の鳴き声、自然との一体感をお楽しみいただけ、水道も湧水(水質検査済)となっております。 季節によって、川遊びや、かっぱ滝を目指して、宿の横の川を行き交う方々もいらっしゃいます。 お天気が良ければ、川遊びはもちろん、ご持参いただいた食材でBBQや焚き火(季節や天候次第ではご遠慮いただく事もあります)などもお楽しみいただけます。 (火の取り扱いには充分お気をつけください。) 調理器具、レンジ、食器類も備えておりますので、ご安心ください。 川沿いの散歩道を上流に進むと、150m程先に「かっぱ滝」もございます。 夕食等の飲食物は、チェックイン前にぜひご用意ください。(スーパーまで車で約20分かかります) 宿まで400mの区間のみ狭く分かりづらい為、 「camuつばき山」までお越しいただけましたら、私達がご案内させていただきます。
