Perfect stay while passing through! The restaurant across the street was delicious and welcoming. Everyone we met was kind. Lori’s space was great. We were road tripping with a dog, so it was nice to be able to let him stretch his legs for a while. Highly recommend!

Perfect location in Fruita if you like to walk to cafes and restaurants. Super clean and tidy. Looks exactly like the pictures. Definitely recommend and I would stay there again!

Charles’s place is on a very quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac - loved that I did not hear the traffic of the city and was listening to birds instead. Really enjoyed the location being a few short miles outside of town. It’s very short convenient to drive into the town of Grand Junction but nice to be staying somewhere on the outskirts.

The space is so comfortable and spacious. We’ve been here twice now and recommend it to anyone visiting Fruita. JoDee is a great communicator and host. We felt like we had the whole farm to ourselves!

Christie’s home in Grand Junction was a pleasure to stay in. The home was beautiful and very clean. Lots of small thoughtful touches made it feel very comfortable, like we were staying at a friend’s home while they were away. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with an assortment of pans, small appliances, and even spices to cook with. The beds were comfortable and we had no issues with check in or accessing the wi-fi. The location was also great - it was close to supermarkets and the mall, while the drive to the downtown area was less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that is planning a trip to Grand Junction.

We go to GJ twice a year. We will definitely look to see if this home is available next time. Super clean, comfy beds, everything needed in bathroom and kitchen, plus more! Beautiful private backyard.

If you’re coming to Fruita to ride bikes, this house is a great option! Secure bike storage in the garage, private backyard for aprés relaxation, and a super convenient walk to town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice home with plenty of space. Host always responded quickly when I messaged him. Only issue was the hot tub not in service and we were not notified. I let host know so could be up and running soon, just ask if that's important to you. I would recommend this home. Area is nice and neighborhood is quiet. close to everything in town. Only 20 mins from Palisade wine country!!

Apartment was adorable and very clean. Apartment as pictured, walking distance to campus. Lake was beautiful! Gym was disgustingly and not as pictured. Pool closed for some type of maintenance until further notice?

Joy's place was perfect for what my wife and I needed. We had just recently moved to Grand Junction, and Joy was super flexible when closing was taking longer than anticipated. I would highly recommend.

Great location, nicely situated, off street parking was greatly appreciated, close to so many amenities, well worth it. Property was very clean and in great condition.

We had a wonderful stay at Kelly's place! It was the ideal base for our weekend, which involved cheering on a friend in a bike race and escaping the winter blues. The location couldn't have been better – so close to Fruita and within easy reach of a fantastic selection of restaurants and shopping. A real highlight was the quick and convenient access to the breathtaking Colorado National Monument, practically on Kelly's doorstep. We also loved the unexpected bonus of the Cinco de Mayo celebrations just around the corner, with vibrant food carts and live music adding to the fun. Kelly's place itself is beautifully appointed, with a full kitchen that had everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable – a welcome treat after a busy day. We would absolutely stay at Kelly's again!

Everything was great but I was especially thankful for the extra toiletries!

Isabel's place was perfect for me and my pups to have a hiking vacation. Incredibly comfortable for both me and my big dogs (golden retriever and a malamute). I'll keep this place in mind for my next adventure to Grand Junction!

We loved staying here, wish we could have extended our stay! I was initially worried that it might get a little warm since the cooler hadn’t been turned on for the season but it wasn’t at all! The house is situated perfectly so that it stays cool even on a 75 degree day. Candice is a great host, very responsive! This place had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Very comfy bed!
