We used Sienna’s place as our base for a week of mountain biking. Sienna’s place was really clean, with comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen (with spices, coffee, and sharp knives!), and a big private back yard. Sienna was a great host; friendly, responsive and helpful. The house is an easy walk to downtown shops, restaurants and brewpubs. I can easily recommend this place!

This farm house and property is beautiful. Set up and equipped with anything you need to make your stay comfortable. We celebrated our daughter's birthday here with friends and family and we're so thankful for the space, yard, and plenty of rooms. Tamara has been great about responding and answering all my questions from the time of booking, 5 months prior.

We enjoyed our stay, so many nice touches! The home was cute and comfortable and fit our needs. We also enjoyed sitting in the backyard at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again while in Grand Junction!!

With having traveled around so much this was by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! The area around it was so beautiful, and the home was perfect for a relaxing weekend in Grand Junction. Close enough to enjoy downtown and far enough for some peace and quiet.

We've stayed at a lot of short term rentals with our kids over the years, with some being more child friendly than others. This house though was the best by far, not just providing the standard baby items like a high chair and baby bed but going above and beyond with baby gates, kid dishes, dark curtains in every room for nap time, stools for every sink, potty seat, kid books in every room, tons of toys and a wonderful outdoor play space with a fenced yard and outdoor toys. It was so easy to stay there with our children and they didn't want to leave! Overall highly recommend, especially for anyone with little kids!

We really enjoyed our stay. The loft was perfect for our quick weekend trip to Grand Junction. The space was cute, clean and quiet. Check in was super easy and we were able to park right in front of the unit. Would definitely stay here again, zero complaints.

Great little apartment in walking distance to downtown. As other reviewers have stated it's a bit difficult to find using maps but if you follow the owner's directions it's easy. Apartment is comfortable and clean and Bayley and Jeff are super easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location in Fruita if you like to walk to cafes and restaurants. Super clean and tidy. Looks exactly like the pictures. Definitely recommend and I would stay there again!

Charles’s place is on a very quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac - loved that I did not hear the traffic of the city and was listening to birds instead. Really enjoyed the location being a few short miles outside of town. It’s very short convenient to drive into the town of Grand Junction but nice to be staying somewhere on the outskirts.

The place was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was equipped with nice amenities. The kitchen was a bit small if you’re cooking for more than two people. Coffee bar was equipped far better than the rest of the kitchen. Very limited utensils and no can opener. The unit is next to the building exit so you will hear people going in and out in the second bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay at Kelly's place! It was the ideal base for our weekend, which involved cheering on a friend in a bike race and escaping the winter blues. The location couldn't have been better – so close to Fruita and within easy reach of a fantastic selection of restaurants and shopping. A real highlight was the quick and convenient access to the breathtaking Colorado National Monument, practically on Kelly's doorstep. We also loved the unexpected bonus of the Cinco de Mayo celebrations just around the corner, with vibrant food carts and live music adding to the fun. Kelly's place itself is beautifully appointed, with a full kitchen that had everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable – a welcome treat after a busy day. We would absolutely stay at Kelly's again!

Everything was great but I was especially thankful for the extra toiletries!

Isabel's place was perfect for me and my pups to have a hiking vacation. Incredibly comfortable for both me and my big dogs (golden retriever and a malamute). I'll keep this place in mind for my next adventure to Grand Junction!

We loved staying here, wish we could have extended our stay! I was initially worried that it might get a little warm since the cooler hadn’t been turned on for the season but it wasn’t at all! The house is situated perfectly so that it stays cool even on a 75 degree day. Candice is a great host, very responsive! This place had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Very comfy bed!
