Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The village pub is a few steps away and the market town of Sturminster Newton with its mill, shops, cafes, bars and takeaways is less than 2 miles away.

We are so excited about our conversion. Completely self-contained, it is a lovely, light, cosy open space with a well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and a cool sleeping platform/mezzanine. Piddlehinton is a special place, 20 mins from the Jurassic Coast and 10 mins from Dorchester, in the renowned Piddle Valley, with beautiful walks, views and our award winning pub, The Thimble Inn. We are right next door if you need anything, but if you prefer your privacy, you can be totally separate.

French doors that lead onto a large private patio area. Located in an AONB of Dorset, we are surrounded by plenty of stunning countryside centrally located between the historic towns of Sherbourne and Dorchester, which is also only a short drive away from the Jurassic Coast.

Nestled in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Wynford Eagle is one of West Dorset's hidden gems. Swallows Return is a cosy studio retreat, a haven for peace and relaxation which opens out onto a large terrace with stunning views of the valley, 8 acres of grounds and gardens and beautiful alpacas. A great base to explore Dorset, situated just 15 minutes from the Jurassic coastline and all this incredible area has to offer.

We have a beautiful village with a historic pub the Fox and Hounds and a village shop.
