Step out the door and follow public footpaths directly to Sissinghurst castle, local woods or some fabulous local pubs. Located in a conservation area The Tiny Chimney house is a converted brick building attached to a quirky 40ft Victorian Chimney. The room sleeps two and is ideal for hikers or a couple's rural escape, but still within an hour of London.

Forget your worries in this serene space located in a small village close to a superb local pub, Sissinghurst Castle, Bedgebury Gardens as well as many stunning countryside walks and places of interest. The barn is in the grounds of our 15th century house but nicely private. It’s decorated in modern rustic style, with underfloor heating and a wood burner. Outside is a fire pit for toasting marshmallows and stargazing before climbing into the king-size bed, dressed with soft Egyptian cotton. There's a walk-in rain shower and robes, books, DVDs, games, WiFi and a Smart TV. Tear yourself away to explore forests, gardens, vineyards, castles, and National Trust houses.

It has a very large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with doors onto a decked terrace and two en-suite double bedrooms, with ample room for parking.

The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.
