We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

We had a great time at Sawyerbean! The house is a nice, older Edisto beach house and had everything we needed. It was right across the street from the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. Our relaxing vacation even included soft blankets and some waste bags for our French bulldog. She really loved being a beach babe!

We had never been to Edisto Island it was very relaxing , beautiful surroundings , easy walk or bike ride to the beach ! Edisto is a great place to get away and relax. The house was comfortable and looked just like the pictures . If you’re looking to relax at the beach get away from your busy life , slow down , then Edisto is your place !

Our family had an amazing stay. It was our first time to Tybee Island and Renee the co-host was great with providing local places to visit and eat, she was great to correspond with, very attentive and always available should we needed any help with anything. Beautiful house with plenty of room. We had 6 adults and 5 children visit and everyone had a great time. Highly recommend. The lighthouse is right in your back. What a great site to see early in the morning or evening relaxing on the back deck. Highly recommend and hope to come back and stay there again.

Wonderful stay! Excellent hosts. Appreciated the thorough instructions and reference materials for the house. Everything was exactly as advertised on the listing. Well decorated and comfortable with ample space. The house was in a good location within Palmetto Dunes - very easy walk to the beach and great bike trails throughout the community. My husband and I traveled with teenage daughters and we would highly recommend this AirBNB to families. This is a fantastic spot for a vacation in Hilton Head!

It is rare that the description and pics exceed the expectation. But this time it totally did! We found Mark’s place to be extremely comfortable and not lacking for much of anything. The location was perfect for day outings to the beach or a round of golf. Mark is a fantastic host! We had some minor issues due to a tropical storm and minor maintenance issues. Mark took the time to make a lengthy drive to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely return on our next trip to HH!

We had a great multi-gen family vacation at this home! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, with easy boardwalk access point. The hosts provided an impressive array of beach essentials (chairs, wagons, umbrellas & beach towels) which made our beach days even more enjoyable and stress-free. The home itself was incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked with extra touches that made a big difference (things like suitcase stands in the BRs, plenty of hangers, towels & blankets, and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for a large group). Loved the extra fridge for beverages. The layout was ideal for a big family or group of friends, giving us space to gather while also offering privacy when needed. The beds were super comfy! We appreciated the kid-friendly features — large splash area in pool, tons of games, high chair and portacrib for our grands. We highly recommend this property and the hosts, Marty & Andrea, who really went above & beyon

Absolutely beautiful home in the heart of Edisto Beach! Easy access to the bike path, directly in front of the house. Short walk to the beach, approximately 5 minutes. The backyard is so dreamy with a pristine pool, oak trees and Spanish moss shading the area. We loved our visit and hope to return!

This is an absolutely gorgeous home that is perfect for a large family. The pictures don’t do it justice. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood with its own access to the beach. We loved every moment spent there!

We enjoyed our vacation and chose the home as close to family and familiar with area. Booking was easy and clear communication with check in instructions. The home was exactly as expected and very comfortable. Especially enjoyed the sunny fenced yard for the pup and the quiet, private, serene backyard with lovely pool and hot tub. Location is great, just a few minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes from grocery, restaurant & shoppes. Great communication, instructions, very clean and comfy! Overall such a great stay! Great home and worked great for us! We had 9 people for a wedding and the place had plenty of room. They responded to all requests quickly and would highly recommend.

We loved staying in this beautiful home! The private salt water pool was a huge hit for our kids as well as the short walk to the beach. This home had space for everyone to spread out, but also featured a beautiful gathering area for meals and family fun. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay here. The house was in a perfect location, quiet but very close to both the beach and shopping/dining. The backyard was perfect for our little dog who is disabled. My husband found the primary bed to be uncomfortable, but I didn’t have any issues at all. We didn’t try any of the other beds though. We’re planning to book this house for next year, would definitely recommend staying here.

Greg’s house was as advertised. Plenty of space, great outdoor hangout area, and he certainly doesn’t skimp on the amenities. For the pet owners, we can confirm that it is a very pet friendly residence. All of this in addition to being a 3 minute walk to/from the beach, in a very upscale neighborhood (with friendly neighbors/guests) and within 10-15 minutes of all of the great HHI bars/restaurants/shops/golf courses/etc. Greg was very communicative in the days/weeks leading up to and during our vacation, and provided very detailed instructions (including video) for all things in and around the house. Would definitely return, thanks again to Greg for being a terrific host.

The place is very open and set up well for families! Sea Pines is a great neighborhood with plenty of different areas to explore and spend afternoons. The hosts are great, very communicative and the house is exceptional.

My family had a great time staying here, within walking distance of a beautiful beach. We will likely stay here again when we visit the area.
