Welcome to The Burrows, a 1860's stone cottage we have sensitively reimagined & restored, opening it up to take in the ever changing view over Freycinet peninsula. A large living space is the heart of the home with a wood fire at one end, feather sofa, armchairs and a custom made window seat overlooking Great Oyster Bay. Both bedrooms have amazing views over the water & our intimate bath house with clawfoot bath & french doors is the perfect place to watch the sunset reflected over the Hazards

Relax over Summer @ the Lighthouse

(Edit 22/12/25: Unfortunately we were affected by the recent fires in Dolphin Sands. Our block was burned, but the Lighthouse itself was saved by firefighters. The beautiful surrounding bush has been lost. See photos) We think our architecturally designed house is a perfect romantic getaway. We built it for the view, so you can relax with a coffee/wine and enjoy the best of Tasmania's east coast, in comfort. Warrakilla

Warrakilla is a modern 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a multi level beach house complex catering for one or two night stays. For the best value booking a two night stay offers up to 25% discount. It is located right in the center of the Coles Bay Village, 200 metres from the waters edge. It is a 2 minute walk to local cafes and shop and 4 minutes walk to the waters edge. The apartment is purpose built and is registered overnight accommodation with the relevant government agencies.

Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach.

The Overnight Pod

Peaceful, centrally located, clean, comfortable and affordable. Please note there are NO cooking facilities and NO television (but there is very fast Starlink wifi). The Pod is a great sleep in/eat out option for the budget traveller (there is a kettle and toaster for your convenience, there is NO microwave). Loads of natural light and a deck to relax in the sun.
