Private Getaway in the Heart of the Historic Town of Clovis

This 400 square foot tiny house was created for comfort and convenience. It is a studio layout with a shared space for living and sleeping but still offers a full kitchen, bathroom (with tub), washer, dryer and dedicated off street parking. A light filled space with vaulted ceilings, it is ideal for both short term and longer term stays. It offers modern, designer decor including white subway tile and open shelving in the full kitchen, high thread count sheets and white duvet on a comfortable mattress and some colorful spanish tile in the bathroom. It feels like a quiet, private retreat, but yet, it's close enough to Old Town Clovis to walk to everything. Come and enjoy! You have complete access to this home. You check in and out independently with this house. But, if anything is needed myself or my co-hosts are available to assist. The house is located in the charming, historic downtown district known as Old Town Clovis. You can easily stroll to nearby shops, restaurants, and festivals. Running and walking trails are also nearby. Big box stores and supermarkets are a few minutes' drive away, and the airport can be reached in 15 minutes. There is easy access to Highway 168 which connects you to attractions such as Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks. This home has one dedicated off street parking spot on the side of the property. Taxis are available and there is a bus stop within a 20 minute walk. But, people typically drive when visiting the area. There is WiFi and a smart TV. You can watch personal subscriptions (Netflix, Roku, Hulu, etc). But there is no cable TV. This is an alley facing home where your "view" will be garages and fences. While there are parks and trails within easy walking distance, there is no yard or outdoor space with this house (with the exception of the small front patio). There is a main house facing the street that is separated by privacy fencing. You access your home via the rear alley behind the main house and have one dedicated parking spot. If you have more than one vehicle you will need to park those additional vehicles on the street.

It sits behind a Historic House-also an Airbnb-with a Scandi-vibe. Tucked safely behind a secure gate, the relaxing respite is a great stay for business travelers, adventurers, or 2 peeps. Has an efficiency kitchen, new beds, Smart TV/WIFI, coffee pot, tea kettle, and comfy sofa. At University Cottage, you’ll destress the minute you walk in.

Manzanita Tiny Cabin

Escape to nature in our Manzanita Tiny Cabin. This is one of two tiny houses on our property. Enjoy the views and the stars on the peaceful 24 acres this cabin shares. Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include stocked kitchen with Keurig, queen bed, sofa bed, and small sleeping loft w/queen mattress. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, stargazing or playing the 6-hole disc golf course.

Located 25 minutes from Yosemite National Park’s South entrance, mariposa pines and Wawona. Please note Yosemite Valley is 30 miles inside the park. 15 minutes to Bass Lake.

The cabin is equipped for everything that you and your partner/friend need to enjoy the area. Cookware, french press and a small refrigerator. The Sierra Nevada mountains range in temperature wildly. The greens and the yellows of California ebb and flow through the seasons creating unique natural beauty which is different each season of the year.

Featuring a King Size bed, bathroom, full kitchen, and comfortable seating in and outside the cabin. A/C and central heating make this cabin a perfect comfort for a quick getaway! Located conveniently on the main road (HWY 198), 2 minutes from town, just down the road from the White Horse(wedding grounds) and 5 minutes to the park entrance. Ideal for a couple, common area has a queen size bed. Small "bunk room" available for an additional $40 charge per night. Coffee Pods and creamer provided! Private patio overlooking the river with view of mountains.

Church is a newly renovated 1940's home nestled in the heart of downtown Visalia. You are just a walk away from downtown, locally-owned eateries (we will provide you with our favorites!), enjoy the Wine Walk or maybe a Rawhide game. Visalia's Thursday afternoon Farmer's Market is also two blocks away!You will really enjoy this centrally-located place. Please be advised that there is a local business just a few doors down that feed those in need.

Andrea's & Tom's Place-The Roost

This 320 square foot efficiency container is a stand alone unit in the backyard. It is private with it's own entrance and comes complete with a full-service kitchen, bedroom area with a queen size bed, living area with 2 recliners, eating bar/workspace, bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and amenities & great atmosphere. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. There is a Roku tv with. Internet is provided, thru Xfinity.
