Quiet stay on 76 acres land with pool!

Please read complete description before you book. A short 1 hr. car ride from Mtl will bring you to the picturesque Eastern Townships. This beautiful little century home is located on 76 acres with a forest and meandering streams. The in-ground swimming pool is open from June till September (it's not heated). The house is bright, clean and has a comfy feel to it. It’s fully equipped kitchen, veranda, BBQ, and the campfire is quite the treat. Trails from the backyard will take you into the woods.

Niché au cœur du charmant village de Frelighsburg, dans les Cantons-de-l'Est, Frelighsburg-en-haut est un véritable havre de paix et de tranquillité. À quelques minutes en voiture des célèbres stations de ski de Sutton et Owl's Head, c'est le refuge idéal pour les amateurs de sports d'hiver. Le chalet est également magnifique au printemps et à l'automne pour apprécier la nature et les couleurs qui l’entourent, ainsi qu'en été pour les amateurs de vélo ou de vin (route des vins à proximité).

Keeping true to its historic roots, the farmhouse offers modern amenities in a historic setting. A convenient location close to Jay Peak and Smuggler's Notch, and many Vermont and Quebec attractions within an easy drive. Swiss and Bloom wedding venue and Phoenix Manor are close by. The house is 6 bedrooms and sleeps 12 people.

This newly built house is located on our 90 acre property. It is surrounded by an orchard, a vineyard and forest. The quaint and natural setting is perfect for couples, solo travellers or families. Cross country skiing, running and hiking can be practiced on the property. Bromont and Sutton downhill ski slopes are a 35 minutes drive away. Jay Peak, Vermont is 1h15 away by car. The surrounding country roads provide for wonderful bike rides.
