Der grosse Dachüberstand in Richtung Weiher stellt zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum zum ebenerdigen 34m² Studio zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1.000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In Richtung Süden besteht aus dem Atrium mit Granitfelsen super Alpensicht. Wir versorgen dich mit PV-Strom und Batteriespeicher.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Sie genießen die Ruhe, den Blick über jede Menge Grün bis zum 'Hohentwiel', der sich am schönsten bei einem Sundowner betrachten lässt. Den Tag können Sie im Garten auf dem Trampolin oder bei einem Frühstück starten, mit einem Spaziergang zum See fortsetzen oder die Halbinsel 'Höri' mit den Fahrrädern erkunden. Der Tag auf der Terrasse mit dem Sonnenuntergang ausklingen, und die Seele baumeln lassen! Vielleicht zusammen mit Ihrem Hund...

The apartment is in a quiet apartment building on the 2nd floor, balcony overlooking the countryside. The apartment is located 120 m from the shore of Lake Constance and is close to the city. No personal contact is necessary at check-in and check-out, access is controlled by Smart Home.

Nested on a small hill our lovely secluded Black Forest Chalet with garden offers stunning lake views. Less than 1 minute to the lake! Enjoy your barbecue in our garden or a cozy evening in our living room (fireplace incl.). Our chalet is a journey back to the 1950`s and has been carefully renovated (bathrooms, kitchen: new) and upgraded to todays expectations in 2021. Please note that I can only offer Saturday to Saturday bookings during high season form May 30th until September 5th.

100m to the lake: Dreamlike penthouse

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

Diese schöne 2-Zimmer Ferienwohnung mit separaten Eingang im UG eines neuerbauten Einfamiliemhauses in Wangen liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe (2 Gehminuten) zum Bodensee. Viele schöne Ausflugsziele wie die Altstadt von Stein am Rhein (CH) & Burg Hohenklingen, die Insel Werd, der Rheinfall Schaffhausen (CH) oder der Wild- und Freizeitpark Allensbach etc. befinden sich in der Nähe.

A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
