Exquisite gem in the woods with plenty of space

109 square meter cottage with large wooden deck and covered terrace located on an undisturbed natural plot with lots of sun in the heart of Asserbo Plantage. The living room has panoramic windows and exit to covered terrace. The living room has a wood-burning stove and direct access to the open kitchen. The house has a large master bedroom and two rooms. The bathroom was completely renovated in the spring of 2025 and upgraded with underfloor heating and an outdoor bath with hot and cold water.

Modern waterfront houseboat in prime central Copenhagen. Large windows and a spacious sliding door open directly to the water, creating a bright and calm living space. The houseboat is located in an exclusive waterfront area next to the Opera House and the Opera Park, with convenient access to the public transport, grocery store, city centre, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Optional services such as airport transfers and private chauffeur transportation are available upon request.

I skovens stille dybe ro... her ligger det lille fine sommerhus med en stor skøn træterrasse på en skøn naturgrund. Her er vi tilbage til den autentiske sommerhusidyl. I kan gå mange skønne ture i området og komme ned til Arresø. En kort køretur og så er i ved Liseleje og Tisvilde. I kan også cykle genvej gennem skoven evt. til nogle mindre besøgte strande, eller cykle på de gode mountainbike stier. Tæt ved er der indkøb med morgenbrød og dagligvarer, og bla. den lækre restaurant Tinggården.

The house spans 50 m2 and features an inviting open floor plan, seamlessly connecting the living area and kitchen, creating a warm and cozy ambiance. Includes annex with double bed. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

I kan benytte annekset - der er 2 senge her. Overdækket terrasse og grill til de hyggelige sommeraftner. Til de kølige dage er der brændeovn og varmepumpe.

Welcome to our newly renovated cottage located near Roskilde Fjord. You'll be surrounded by peaceful nature with view to our little lake and only 3 min walk to the fjord, which offers stunning sunsets. There is also possibility of charging your electric car if needed and the supermarket is only 5 min away by car. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Note. We accept only couples and families. We do not accept groups below 35. No parties are allowed.

Relax with the whole family at this spacious summer house. The house has 3 bedrooms, a big living room, an outdoor terrace, and a large backyard. During warm days, you can enjoy the sun while being outside, jumping on the trampoline, playing football, or using a mini playground; in colder days, get cozy in a living room by a fireplace. The house is located just 100 m from the fjord, where you can go for a walk or enjoy a swim.
