A fantastic apartment in a fantastic house. We were 3 couples and were originally concerned it might be too small…it was definitely not. Three huge bedrooms, a great sitting room and kitchen and a standard of finish and equipment that was very high and in keeping with the historic house. The owners were the most responsive we have ever experienced and were beyond friendly. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone. Thanks for a great experience.

April's place was so clean and was even better than the pictures. The house was so well stocked with everything you would need including excellent pots and pans. The welcome bag of local coffee and candy jar was a lovely touch. I will definitely book again

ご縁あって急遽Cindyさんのところにお世話になりました。毎朝の川の景色がとても楽しみに起きていました。刻々と変化する景色にうっとり。 建物の設備なども十分で、キッチンも大いに使用させていただきました。 ベッドルームも寝心地もとてもよかったです。私達の毎日の目的はフレデリクトンにあったのですが、少し距離があったとしても、Cindyさんご夫妻に出会うことができ、滞在したことはかけがえのない思い出となりました。 またぜひ伺いたいです！ ありがとうございました。

The space was easy to locate, private, clean, and exactly as posted. The check-in was easy and the host was quick to respond when we had issues. We were disappointed there was only a tiny TV with no sign-in for streaming services but it wasn't posted that they had that, it was just my expectation. Overall a very nice place to stay.

In love with this place! Thoughtfully unique design. Has the wow factor! It’s the kind of Airbnb you want to stay at for awhile. Hard to leave at end of your stay! Open concept. Minimalist approach to design/ furnishing but exceptionally comfortable. The accent wall where the tv is..such an eye catching art piece. The plants make it homey. The tub and wall paper is fun! The upstairs room(s) is fabulous! You really knocked it outta the park! Thank you for sharing this property on Airbnb. I can see why it books up fast 🤩

I just loved Joan's clean, bright, multiple room, second storey apartment. It has got everything, it is near enough to everything but quiet. It was a way better place for my needs than a more expensive inn I had stayed out in town previously. If I am lucky enough to stay at Joan's again, it will be my first choice!

We had a great time during our visit in Fredericton even though our visit was cut short! The decor in the air bnb was very modern, beautiful, and the area itself was very spacious! The private back yard is so big and spacious!

We were here 3 nights for sports for our daughters. We really enjoyed this place. Everything is new and has everything we needed. This place was spotless!! The location is quiet. We will definitly be back!

My family stayed at Curt’s house while we were waiting for our house repair to be done. We’ve enjoyed very spacious Living room/Dining room/kitchen combined and open concept. Curt was very responsive, flexible, and accommodating for our needs. Thank you for being a great host, Curt!

Both Kristal and her place exceeded our expectations. The house is really well laid out. The living room and kitchen are open spacious and bright. The bedrooms are all private and the sizes are perfect for a family. The three bathrooms are an excellent convenience. The deck and backyard are beautiful. Kristal accommodated our request to drop off some supplies before check in time, which was very conenient for us and much appreciated. Her quick and clear reply to a couple questions and her friendly tone made us feel that she really cares about her guests. We felt welcome, relaxed and right at home. I highly recommend her place.

Myself and my wife from Dublin, Ireland along with our adult daughter living in Melbourne , Australia spent 3 nights in Rob's cottage beside a lake in Lakeville Corner, New Brunswick, Canada. The cottage and surrounding area were exactly as described by Rob in his listing and for us it was the perfect location as we availed of the 2 kayaks provided via the property frontage straight onto the water. We also availed of the 2 bikes which we used along with a further bike hired in Fredericton( an easy 30 min drive away from Rob's cottage)on that town's network of off-road cycletracks alongside and near the St John's River. We also took a car ride to Fundy National Park visiting Alma and several stop off points for hikes etc. Rob's communication was excellent in all respects. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend Rob's cottage in all respects including in terms of location, cleanliness and facilties provided.

If you're even considering booking Jamie's place, do it! Jamie's place is clean, beautifully decorated and organized, had plenty of space inside and out, and had a lovely hot tub as an added bonus! Thank you for sharing your amazing space with us!

This cabin had all that we needed, pristine clean! Would highly recommend!

Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Family friendly neighborhood. Jessica's place had everything for a comfortable stay.
