Welcome to Lakeview House - set in the grounds of an old garden centre not far from Cortes Loch, recently renovated with a lovely private garden with tree house, mini BBQ and deck area, summer house, woodland walk with stream, greenhouse and field. Enjoy a cosy log fire by the wood-burning stove while luxury duck feather and down duvets keep you warm at night. Close to beaches, golf courses, museums, nature reserves and the castle and whisky trail situated directly on the NE250 driving route.

Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion
Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese, an excellent Morrisons Daily shop and a Zero Waste shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

My place is located directly on the seashore with spectacular views and is walking distance to the village convenience store. It has a large, secure, shorefront garden, great for families with kids, solo adventurers and business travelers. It can sleep 4 people but ideally suited for couples. Quiet and peaceful.

There are books, games, fast broadband and Netflix. A short stroll takes you to your choice of two fantastic sandy beaches or in to historic Banff.

The Den
The Den is a stunning stone built 1 bedroom cottage finished and furnished to the highest standard offering a very comfortable stay for our guests. Set in a quiet rural location and within easy reach of Aberdeenshire’s many attractions makes it the perfect location for your getaway. The open plan kitchen / diner has a fully fitted modern kitchen. A full size single bed can also be added to the large bedroom to accommodate 3 guests. There is outside seating and patio area.

Forglen Estate-Forglen Lodge
The Lodge can sleep up to 6 people. It has a lovely Scottish heritage feel inside and lots of architectural character on the outside. The mantel for the open fire inside was made from elm wood grown on the estate and there is some history to be discovered about the external features . Almost like living in your own mini castle during your stay! There are amazing walks and wildlife on the estate too! Short -term Let Licence number: AS-00709-F EPC rating - G

Spacious ground floor flat with private entrance and self check in. The Macdonalds woods are right outside the front door providing gorgeous views. A 2 minutes drive to Ellon centre or take a lovely short walk through the woods. Family friendly, we provide a huge selection of products for travelling with kids, travel cot etc. Ten minutes walk to BrewDog. Lock box is right at the door with the keys, the code will be sent the day before check in.
