Enjoy your time in Fernandina Beach at the Amelia Island Resort. Our first floor Tennis Villas Condo is centrally located, adjacent to the tennis courts, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The Tennis Villas Condos are the newest condos at the Amelia Plantation. The community pool is adjacent to the condo. The Master Bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has 2 queen beds, and both bathrooms have whirlpool bathtubs, a shower, separate water closets, and 2 vanities in each bathroom.

Welcome to 2054 Beach Wood, a 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom villa on the south end of Amelia Island! Located on the ocean side of the Amelia Island Plantation, it is only a 5-minute walk to the seashore! Spacious and tastefully furnished, it’s a breath of fresh air with many highlights including a stylish kitchen and large patio. Dogs are considered but must be approved by management as there are restrictions. Guests must agree to certain terms and the required pet fee is $150 (plus 12% tax.)
