Welcome to Homey Hideaway! You'll feel at home in this open floor plan with a living/dining room, complete kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom with shower and washer and dryer. We built with sound proofing in mind. We do live in the rest of the house and you will hear us. A safe and quiet residential neighborhood. Easy access from I-82 and Rt. 240. Centrally located, just minutes from most Tri-Cities attractions, the Convention Center, hospitals, the airport, and major local employers.

The Cozy Library is a private, peaceful retreat for book lovers and slow evenings. Walk to the Columbia River trail; 5 minutes to downtown Richland, PNNL, Kadlec, WSU; 15 minutes to wineries, airport. It's a 1536 sq/ft, fully furnished 3 bed, 2 bath home that has everything you need to feel at home. It's situated in North Richland close to Hanford and the Columbia River. The wifi internet speed is 300 MB/S. The large, fully fenced back yard includes a BBQ and patio furniture. It has a single car garage, and two off street parking spaces. We live a few minutes away and are happy to help if needed.
