It’s the perfect stay for wedding weekends, bridal showers, graduations, girl getaways, family reunions, Gettysburg tours, regional festivals, and much more. The light in the great room is fantastic for use as a bridal party ready room , and photographers love the house for pre-wedding photos. It’s 10 minutes to Wilson College, 35 minutes to Shippensburg University , 38 minutes to Gettysburg College, and 45 minutes to Dickinson University.

Take it easy at this tranquil getaway in a small town nestled in the valley of the Appalachian mountains. Ten minutes from turnpike Exit 180 - Fort Littleton/McConnellsburg. Or a small hop off Route 30. This little haven is close to 2 State Parks. Meadow Grounds is wonderful for fishing and has a great tail to hike to Jarret Falls. Cowens Gap is a smaller lake, but has rental boats, fishing, a swimming beach, and 1 easy, 6 moderate & 5 hard trails to hike. Trails are on the All Trails app.

Kick back and relax in this peaceful stylish space. This basement apartment gives you a quiet private space to unwind. It is located in the country between Chambersburg and Shippensburg. Located right beside Letterkenny Army Depot, the Chambersburg hospital and Roxbury camp are nearby. Gettysburg and Carlisle Fairgrounds are each about 30 miles away. There is a private entrance with a covered porch. Relax on a glider while facing the woods and listening to the sounds of nature.

History of the cottage: Built in 1998 as a gift shop selling Boyd's Bears, and other home décor, We were ranked one of the top Boyd's sellers in the country. Once we closed the shop, it has been renovated to a rental space. We want it to be a place people can come partake in our beautiful views, see wildlife & enjoy a quiet environment. The Cottage is located adjacent to our home but still give privacy to enjoy the location.

The historic 1890s building features a Queen-size SLEEP NUMBER bed, leather reclining loveseat, and well-stocked kitchen. This 2nd floor apartment has large windows which fill the space with natural light! A patio overlooks the creek with Adirondack chairs for 3-season relaxing. Walk to the best restaurants in town! This property has a secluded feel on the bank of the Falling Spring Creek.
