There is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open concept living room with a full kitchen featuring granite counters and stainless appliances. We are located 100 yards from the downtown area, and 300 yards from Lake Flower, but in a nice residential spot. We grow our own food in our front yard and on our large porch. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.

STR Permit: 200022 We have a cozy, Adirondack style, 2 bedroom apartment featuring two decks with an excellent view of Whiteface and the LP Horse show. Our rental is located across the street from the Lake Placid Horse Show Grounds above our small family business. It is our goal to offer a clean, affordable and comfortable space for visitors. We do allow well behaved dogs, however dogs who tend to startle easily and bark often are discouraged.
