Centrally located between Boston, beaches and mountain and lake region. Only 16 miles from Manchester Boston Regional Airport, 36 miles from downtown Boston, 3.5 miles from Interstate 93.

Sit out on your private deck and enjoy the view or stroll around the yard and pick a few blueberries in season. We welcome hikers, nature lovers, those visiting friends or family or just wanting to enjoy the area's beautiful scenery and many artistic venues. Thoughtful lighting, fine linens and furnishings with a spacious and private deck off the back to sit and enjoy nature or entertain. Miles of wooded forest is this location; if you’re looking to escape the city or a busy life, this is the perfect place to explore, relax and revive. At the main house (across the way), there are horses, barn kitties, cattle dogs and other friendly animals.

Stay cozy indoors by the wood stove or explore acres of conservation land abutting the property. All you need for quiet getaway or ski vacation. Sleeps 6 in winter months; extra bed on sleeping porch overlooking river in warmer months. Master bath has deep soaking jacuzzi tub. Skiing 20 minutes away at Pat's Peak & Crotched Mt. Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at our peaceful cottage on Daniels Lake. The small, recently-renovated home is in a rural setting but close to restaurants, shopping, parks, ski slopes, golf courses, lakes and quaint New England villages. The large deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks, two canoes, standup paddle board and pedal boat are available to use on the lake which is known for its good fishing. Two bedrooms, dining room and living room overlook the lake and woods.

Apartment has 1 queen bed with roll out cot and a full bathroom with shower and selection of towels. When not out and about exploring the countryside there is WiFi and a smart TV to keep you entertained.

Even though the main home is occupied, you may never see the occupants during your stay. You have a private drive, a private parking space, a private entrance. The home owners use the front doors and very seldom go into the back yard so it's almost like you're there alone.
