We had a lovely stay. House was as described, clean and had all the things we needed. Would recommend to friends and family.

Lovely little cottage in a lovely area of the country. We were down to visit a friend and watch a local theatrical production but we also managed to do some walking in beautiful woodlands that were just a few minutes drive away. East Harling is a very pleasant walk away - but probably not at night - as part of the walk is on unlit roads with no pavements. Possibly a little unfairly, the location review was dropped a star for this. Mary was very friendly, responsive and provided comprehensive and accurate information. All-in-all it’s a lovely bright little cottage in a lovely tranquil location ….. I nearly forgot the hot tub - lovely touch - clean and a very welcome mode of relaxation.

We booked this property to celebrate my mums 60th birthday and to say it was perfect is an understatement. We had a lovely long weekend in the hot tub with lots of BBQ’s. We also had 2 dogs and we felt so at ease that they were running around in the secure field. Will definitely be rebooking! Thanks Lucy & Co

The most beautiful place ever !! Hayley replied within minutes via message when I messaged her. I wish I could have stayed longer! The outside bath and the lights were my personal favourite! Every little detail such as board games and books just made it that extra special! Would highly recommend

We had a perfect weekend break accommodation as described 👌. Joanna left homemade brownies that lasted all of 5 mins 😁 milk, eggs, yoghurts, vase of flowers, cream, and cookies all made the first impression Perfect. We walked throughout the large grounds used the jacuzzi, games room with toilet which had sky tv on a large screen pool table tennis table football and ice hockey game, lots of seating to watch. Very quiet and secluded area 20 25 mins from beccles local pub unfortunately we did not use. Farm shop on site with local fresh produce and everything thing you might need if you have forgotten anything. At night no light contamination so on a clear night we could see a sky full of stars planets etc. Overall perfect place Perfect accommodations and perfect guest 👌 A1.

A really nice cottage, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, everything we needed was there. The hot tub was great too.

House was really nice, the surroundings were lovely and the area was really quiet! Chloe was very accommodating when problems occurred she responded very quickly and tried to resolve them fast. Overall, quite a nice stay aside from some small issues!

We had a great couple of nights here. The cottage is perfect for a cosy stay, made even better with the addition of the log burner. The cottage is spacious, clean and has everything you need. The welcome package was a nice touch, we had a lovely breakfast the following morning. It was nice to be able to walk around the grounds too, where we saw some wildlife. Tony was a great, friendly host - answered any questions we had and also gave us recommendations for things to do locally and a bit further afield.

Charming little character cottage in a peaceful and friendly village. The cottage was cosy, welcoming and provided everything we needed. The Village shop is really well stocked so you didn't need to venture far! Nice public footpaths close to the cottage, ideal for a stay with the pooch!

Beautiful cottage with lovely decor and good utilities. The high street is just around the corner as is the sea and the beach. Really lovely stay.

A beautiful house in a lovely tranquil setting. There were a few bumped heads, due to low doorways (and in spite of many warnings!) but I would thoroughly recommend Meadow Cottage as a well-located base for a break in a Suffolk. We appreciated being able to check out a couple of hours late as we had a lunch appointment close by.

The cottage was quirky and cosy with a lovely sun/garden room with glass ceiling that we spent a lot of time in. The Castle cafe and King's Head restaurant are both worth a visit. A very peaceful, comfortable stay. Thank you,

Kerry’s place is wonderful. Such a perfect cottage in a peaceful location, and Kerry and Adam were fantastic hosts. It was lovely to have our own private garden, and Kerry also let us and our two year old go feed the goats. The property itself had everything we needed and was pristine, there were some really lovely touches to make it feel homely. We were so lucky with the sunny weather, and would love to come again!

I stayed at jens whilst working locally. It’s situated in a beautiful part of Suffolk,extremely quiet and peaceful.the accommodation was as described giving a real homely feel.i can’t fault the service I received at all and would gladly stay there again.highly recommended.

Fantastic cottage in idyllic location. Photos do not do it justice - it’s a beautiful cottage, full of character and charm. Lovely garden too. Had a wonderful stay and communication was excellent.

Fab cottage perfect location for exploring the area . Great gastronomy pub 2 minutes walk . Lovely friendly village great parking facilities outside the property or allocated parking. We would definitely be booking again in fact I have booked for my parents.

A lovely, clean and well equipped cottage in a quiet village. David is a great host providing lots of little extras which were greatly appreciated and responded to messages very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I had a lovely stay at the Coach House. The property is beautifully designed and the decor is very stylish. The house was very clean throughout and we had everything we needed for our stay. Charlie was very quick in replying with any queries that we had throughout our stay also. We thought the paintings throughout the house were a lovely touch to the property also. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This place is absolutely perfect for families. Paul and Jane are such lovely hosts making you feel so welcome before you've even got there. The cottage is cosy with a great size and well stocked kitchen. The play area next to the cottage was great with a play barn as well with loads of books and toys to choose from. The outdoor bath was perfect with such a beautiful view over the landscape. Paul and Jane have thought of everything to make the stay as brilliant as it can be. Honesty bar and freshly made pizza in the pizza oven if you're lucky. So much in the area to do as well, will definitely be coming back.

Our visit was a surprise birthday weekend away for my partner and we both had a lovely time. The cottage was easy to find and we were able to park directly outside. A quick turnaround and we off to Long Melford tea rooms for an enormous slice of cake which was quite possibly the best cake we have ever eaten. The cottage was wonderful and we loved eating breakfast in the sun in the garden. Everything was walking distance- pubs, delis and cafes. We even walked to Lavenham and back along the disused railway line. So much to see and do and with a cosy, comfortable, characterful cottage as our base. Brilliant!

We loved the peacefulness of Amy’s beautiful home. It was ideally situated to visit Sutton Hoo,Aldeburgh and Woodbridge.We were sad that we had to drive to Orford .We would have liked to walk and take the tiny ferry but it only runs at weekends. Everything you need for a beak away and lovely to have a wood burner already laid and a basket full of logs.

My partner and I stayed here for Christmas and we had the best time. We were greeted on arrival by Feri and when we entered the cottage it was spotless and had everything we needed. Feri and Steve were very friendly and attentive and responded quickly if we had any questions. Would highly recommend visiting here and we will gladly book again soon.
