Benvenuti! "Lake View" is a beautiful and spacious modern one bedroom self-contained guesthouse that I have always dreamt of creating since I first found this wonderful location. My property is situated on the shores of Lake Cartcarrong midway between the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians. I speak Italian and French with an Italian accent! There is one horse and one whippet on the property and numerous species of native wildlife. The accommodation is light, private, spacious and comfortable.

After a 2 year break we are back! A boutique style Studio with the luxury of a massage chair! Only minutes walk to surf beach, new cafe, fish&chips, shop and laundrette~20 mins walk main st shopping & restaurants~short drive whale watching platform & racecourse. A kitchenette, ensuite & private courtyard~separate entrance from free onsite car park~ Queen size bed+dbl sofa bed~sleeps up to a "cozy" 4. Ideal for singles, couples, small young families or girls weekend. Free breakfast & toiletries

River Minka

Located 10 km from Warrnambool and the Great Ocean Road. Cottage is on a rural farm property in Wangoom. Beautiful setting, rolling grassy hills, sheep and cows, also bird attracting native trees, occasionally visited by wallabies and koalas. Cottage is a 5 minute walk to the Hopkins river, good for swimming in hot weather. Also a 5 minute drive to the Hopkins Falls. House is designed with sustainability in mind, thermal mass concrete floor, north facing aspect, well insulated, wood heating.

Grange Views

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. With stunning views of Merri River Valley and Warrnambool City Views, you'll fall in love with the peace and serenity of our beautiful studio apartment. There is a great bbq/firepit area. We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Warrnambool Quiet Accommodation 5 min to centre

Cozy room for you to relax after a day sightseeing. Next to golf course, very central. This is a basic room and facilities for an overnight stay. The room has a homely and clean feel, but if you like everything luxury, this place may not be ideal for you. Our family home has recently been built in a quiet cul-de-sac with a private purpose built room for guests with external access. En-suite as well as tea and coffee making facilities with a table and chair to sit at and enjoy the views.

Villa Irene is an elegant and comfortable space to stay and relax. Enjoy the light filled fresh & spacious lounge, dining, bedroom (queen bed) and bathroom with roomy shower & twin handbasins. A pod coffee maker, stove/oven and microwave complete the kitchen. Free wifi, netflix, kayo, disney and TV also blue tooth soundbar for your own playlist. Outdoor area has sitting area and dining table. Reverse cycle air conditioner for your comfort. 850 metres to local centro shopping centre.

"Blue Studio" Great Ocean Road, Nirranda

Surrounded by native vegetation and 5 minutes from the beach, Blue Studio is an oasis on the Great Ocean Road. This 144sq. metre, 2 bedroom, architect designed container house, has a spacious deck providing views to garden, birds, wildlife and rolling plains. This cosy house is on a quiet no-through road, which ends at the cliff top overlooking the Southern Ocean. The back beach offers spectacular views of the Bay of Islands Coastal Park. Iconic beaches are 10mins drive away.

Tranquil Countryside Cottage

This cozy one-bedroom cottage is situated on a picturesque hobby farm, 10 minutes from Warrnambool. The self-contained cottage is accessed by a private tree-lined entrance and is surrounded by two and a half acres of well-established trees and gardens. The peaceful property is surrounded by rolling green pastures and guests can enjoy watching the sheep and cows from the front veranda. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

Duck-in

The space is a simple attic/loft, set in a large garden with great views of the wetland and the ocean. We are a few minutes walk from Killarney beach which is a very safe swimming spot and Port Fairy is 10 minutes down the road. There is heaps of birdlife and when you are in the loft it feels a bit like a tree house. It has a compact bathroom and basic kitchenette with sink, microwave, kettle and bar fridge but no stove. Access is via an external spiral staircase.

Cosy Albert Park Bungalow, walk into Warrnambool!

Your own private bungalow behind the house, with small kitchenette (with fridge/freezer/Nespresso coffee/toaster/kettle/microwave), bathroom and heating/air conditioning, free Wifi and access to the sunny deck and huge garden/veggie garden. 10 minutes walk from town center, across the road from Albert Park playground and Football club (restaurant), few minutes drive to beach/Lake Pertobe precinct. Perfect for a quick stop over in Warrnambool!

Hi! This our humble, cosy home. We welcome all genders and cultures to our loft. Peppa is a big white fluffy maremma & she barks at newcomers until she can sniff you but she’s very friendly. Enjoy your own private space, up high with the birds. Eat a free breakfast of smoothie & muesli, coffee & tea. You’re own separate space, behind my house that has its own entrance, a lush en-suite & lockable doors and block-out blinds.

Ocean view central private unit

Located in central Warrnambool with a clear view of the ocean. The freshly renovated and private apartment is 800m from the beach and CBD, 400m to the campgrounds, and 1 block to the timor street bowls club. We are 15-20 minutes walking distance from the train station and the hospital. You will have privacy, your own bathroom, kitchenette, and an outdoor area. Parking is free on the nature strip at the front of our house.
