Hike along the famous Hall Walk, take a boat trip or perhaps the ferry to Bodinnick, Polruan or Mevagissey. Swimmers and children will enjoy Ready Money Cove, and ramblers the beautiful Cornish Coast Path and Saints Way. Pubs 400 yards.

While compact, it is well designed and modern, with open plan living, featuring superfast broadband, smart tv, king size bed, fold away table, kitchen, separate shower room and under floor heating. It has large patio doors which open onto a good sized private patio, with comfortable furniture, bbq and fire pit where the river views can be enjoyed. Off road parking is provided to guests.

Cedar lodge is a detached modern property, located up behind the main house, nestled in a semi-walled garden with a private patio area which enjoys a southerly aspect. Bi-fold doors lead into an open plan living room with a modern fitted kitchen. A sliding door leads to a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There are heaters in the lounge and bedroom and heated towel rail in the shower room. A parking space is at the bottom of the path leading up to the property approximately 50 meters away.

The perfect place for a romantic getaway, a place to kick back and unwind in or a base for a more active holiday - walking, swimming and kayaking. The workshop was a ruin before we turned it into a stylish and very comfortable living space with bespoke joinery, underfloor heating, power shower, kingsize bed with linen sheets and its own private patio. It was the workshop for Lombard Mill which sits below it and lies in an ancient wooded valley in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Welcome to our charming annex which sleeps 4 and is perfect for a small family, or a couple. It also provides a retreat for solo travellers or from outdoor pursuits. We are on the outskirts of beautiful Fowey in Cornwall, 1 km from the beach and parking for one vehicle. We also have a Coop store within very close proximity! The annex is just 20 minutes walk from the picturesque cove of Readymoney and from the charming streets of Fowey offering unique shops, restaurants and traditional pubs.

The property which is situated in Bull Hill is accessed via steps leading to a pedestrian pathway that sits above Fore Street. Discount will be applied for a stay of 7 or more days. Pubs, restaurants and quays are all within a couple of minutes walk. Readymoney Beach is a short stroll away and there are many beautiful coastal walks nearby. No pets are allowed.
