Si trova sul retro delle Villas 1 & 2 e nelle sue vicinanze si trova la grande piscina comune. All'interno, gli spazi abitativi luminosi e ventilati sono progettati per la calma e il relax. Le zone soggiorno e pranzo aperte conducono a un patio con vista sulla piscina e sulla natura circostante, ideale per il caffè mattutino o i tramonti serali.
