Long-Term Room Rental

This home is in a great neighborhood in the Orange Tree Community in Clermont. Available for rent in a long-term basis. Since we are a Bed and Breakfast, your rent covers free breakfast and dinner every day. This is a non-smoking environment. You may have a mini-fridge in your room but you'll have access to the kitchen. All monthly payments include utilities . If you need a great place to live this is the place. Guests over 55 are welcome.

Kapp and Kappy B&B - Dancing Horse Room

Kapp and Kappy B&B is located in Historic Downtown Kissimmee walking distance from restaurants, bars and boutiques. The Dancing Horse Room contains a King bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, TV, free wi-fi, Keurig, and refrigerator. The view overlooks historic Clyde Ave with a view of an Oak tree planted in the 1920's and a house built in the 1910's. Lock-off room with twin bed available for an additional charge (ask for special offer)

Kapp and Kappy B&B - Verona Room

An ornate metal queen bed, high ceilings, soothing light gold walls make this a restful place to stay. The Verona room overlooks brick-paved Verona Street. From the window, you can see a beautiful view of one of the original Grissom family homes in Kissimmee's Beaumont Historic District. This room is located on the second floor of the B&B and is kept allergy-free (no pets permitted)
