Close to OC Beaches, John Wayne Airport, Disneyland, OC Fairgrounds, Vanguard University, and OCC. You are renting a private bedroom and private bathroom. You’ll love it because of the location, the Wi-Fi, the A/C, the weather, the hot tub, the comfy bed, and three cats. Great for couples, adventurers, and business travelers. South Coast Plaza, Triangle, the Lab, the Camp, and many amazing restaurants are a short ride away. The beach at Newport Beach is 3.5 miles. You are close to everything!

Small private room #1 downstairs, with shared bathroom next door. Perfect location with 5-7 min drive to Huntington Harbor, to Sunset Beach, with lots of markets, restaurants and parks in the immediate area, 10 min to Bella Terra Mall. Costco.. Safe and quiet neighborhood Parking: on the streets ( there are plenty) except on 2nd and 4th Monday mornings =street sweeping- parking: on driveway One guest and non-smoker only please. Healthy & Cheerful home.

Bedroom is 2 steps from front door. 😊 Large home with lots of windows and a happy vibe. You will feel comfortable. Mini Fridge in room. The dog in the photo does not live here, but there is a couple of outside/ inside cats. Very quiet neighborhood. There are 2 Private heated pools to enjoy. You can check in as late as you like. Wonderful park to walk, 1 minute away. We are 1 mile from Old Town Tustin, which is a wonderful are to walk, shop, dine & the greatest French Bakery in California!

"Nook", private room 8 minute drive to the beach

My home is located in a calm & safe neighborhood of Costa Mesa, a short 8 minute drive to the beach (2.3 miles). The house is a cozy (1,100 sqft) 3 bedroom rancho, built in the early 50's & nestled between 2 large front and back yards in which we have some wildlife. I cater mainly to single guests even though I accept 2 with an extra charge. You will share the house with me alone. Parking is always available right in front of the house. See you then!

A beautiful relaxing place near the ocean

The home is a two story home in a well kept and secure neighborhood, 3 miles to the Pacific Ocean. Weather is beautiful here!. The bedroom that the guests will occupy is upstairs and there is one bathroom for the guests use. I do not have pets or accept pets, because I am allergic. The complete upstairs is for the use and enjoyment of the guests alone. No smoking is allowed in the house.
