Loved the place felt very much at home. I love that it was very child friendly. Had toys and other things for the children to play. We also really enjoyed the board games that were available to use. We had a great weekend.

This was an AMAZING stay! Our 5 kids had an absolute blast in the pool, and, loved the rooms (and own TV! HA!) The life jackets and pool towels were really helpful, especially for pool and beach days. We loved the large couch and watched a ton of family movies. The kids also really enjoyed all the games provided, especially the large Jenga game :) The location of this home was PERFECT... Easy to get to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Huntington Beach, Irvine. Everything felt like it was within a 20 minutes drive. There's also a local grocery store that we frequented often! Our only wish is that there had been a BBQ, but, otherwise, literally had anything and everything we could have hoped for or needed!

This was a perfect home base for visiting family in Long Beach. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it easy for multiple adults to work without disturbing each other. The kitchen was well equipped and provided lots of space for us to cook and eat family meals together. We also loved that the house was within walking distance of a few grocery stores. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and welcoming and we appreciated all their work to make sure we had a great stay! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

It's just like the pictures, very charming house literally ON the beach. Across the street from bunch of breweries as well. 100% would stay here again!

This was a perfect location. Wish I could have stayed longer and would 100% recommend. Beds were comfy, strong wifi, walkable to grocery store and the beach plus more!

This was our 1st Air BNB. Sara's place was beyond my expectations. It had everything you could think of and we felt right at home. The garage parking was a nice bonus. Great Communication! The welcome book was perfect with everything you needed to know. The location was perfect and close to everything. The pool was great! We will definitely stay there again when we come back. Sara definitely thought of everything. The back porch was a Great private space, but we didnt have time to enjoy it. If you need a place to stay with a smaller family this is it. We just cant say enough about Sara. she has really set the bar high if we stay at another BNB. I guess thats why she is a Superhost! Thank you for our 1st great stay in California!

The location was located within walking distance from multiple different locations and the beach. Bikes were provided so a car wasn't even needed. The house it self was very cozy and comfortable. The guest book also had great recommended locations for different vibes and experiences.

We really enjoyed our stay in Newport Beach! The location was the highlight—just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed, from coffee spots to great restaurants. The house was simple and not overly stocked, but it worked well for our needs. If you’re looking for a place with unbeatable access to the beach and boardwalk, this is a great option!

Naomi’s home was so welcoming. The moment we walked through the door we felt so relaxed and comfortable. The pool was great and the overall atmosphere in the home was great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were all clean and the beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with extra toiletries. Over all our stay was amazing and we have definitely recommended her home to a few people. We were there the 16th-20th and our kids would love to go back again soon.

I had a fantastic time staying at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, stylish, and extremely comfortable. It came fully equipped with everything I needed—high-speed Wi-Fi, a well-stocked kitchen, comfy bed, clean towels, air conditioning, and even a washer/dryer. I especially loved the outdoor space like the garden which was perfect for relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. A great place to stay! My family came to California for a wedding and this place was amazing and convenient to everything that we needed. Min was super responsive whenever I ran into an issue. It was absolutely perfect since it was also a dog friendly house and we needed to step away for the wedding and so the dog had a safe place to be as well. Thank you!
