We typically are at our main residence across the street so if you need anything lets us know.

We're close to the action of downtown, while still having a quaint, quiet neighborhood feel.

This cozy 1 bedroom house will help make your stay in Indianapolis pleasant! This is an old neighborhood that is in the early stages of restoration, so we want to make sure guests understand that there are some dilapidated houses nearby. We love our neighbors & neighborhood - we just want to make sure nobody books our place & then is upset seeing nearby houses that need repair.
