This is my personal home in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood in the south part of town, minutes from downtown, UA, the Riverwalk, amphitheater, nightlife, restaurants & stores. The primary bedroom has a plush, cozy king bed & double vanity in the en suite bathroom. There are queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. The LR comfortably seats 6. We have high speed WiFi & smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen seats 6. The outside patio has more eating space & lounge area where smoking is allowed.

This home is located in the NPort historic district, a short 1-2 block walk to Billy’s, City Cafe, Mark’s Mart, and the selfie-famous Roll Tide Bridge & 2.5 mi. to UA campus & .5 mi. to Kentuck. The back yard is ready for you. There are 2 separate spaces to watch TV. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking meals. This house is in a residential neighborhood, so please be courteous to our fabulous neighbors. No parties! Must be quiet no later than 9:00 pm. We would love to host you.
