There are 2 king bedrooms /2 bathrooms and a large upstairs loft area with a queen size pull out bed. Tubing and ziplines are a 3 minute drive and skiing, shopping, and restaurants are 10 minutes away.

Stay on top of the slopes at Sugar Ski and Country Club, a ski in/ski out complex! At 4900 feet, you'll enjoy long range views from inside the condo or on the private balcony. Just 300 yards from mountain bike trails and Oma's Meadow Ski Lift. Free wifi, 55-inch smart TV, electric fireplace, loft bedroom with queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, equipped kitchen, and amenity fob to access the clubhouse’s pool and hot tub. No A/C, but cool nights and screens allow for mountain breezes.

Enjoy the solitude of our little piece of Appalachian paradise, centrally located with a short 15- to 20- minute drive to Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, local wineries/restaurants and the ski resorts.
